Ok, I am willing to forget that the unique XT tank (along with the unfair* paint FROST) was available for RENT ONLY for a RIDICULOUS PRICE, and I stick to the idea of producing unique (decorative only?) items for crystals.

 

Having that in mind I decide to give Tanki my support on the ground that if the unique item is a decorative alteration of an existing item, the price can be as high as Tanki sees fit,

BUT if the unique item has variations (in relation to standard items) in aspects as power, velocity, weight, reload time, endurance etc, then the price SHOULD be lower** than that of the standard item.

Anything else is just an attempt of another ripoff.

** Why lower? Because a technical variation of an existing item increases the products on sale, making people to buy more items than before. It would be unfair and a ripoff if these new items where as expensive as the standard items. It would be as if one has to buy two hornets instead of one.. The least you can do is sell the second hornet cheaper than the first. Self Evident.

Xp battles were invented so everyone would have the same equipment and chances of winning. If youre not stupid you get the point. It was stupid at the start cause only the buyers (who are hated by everyone) and the kids with no ability to read that it wasnt permanent bought it. Then later everyone bought it so it wasnt any special. Frost had an unfair advantage at certain ranks but thats not as dumb as xt.

 

Now, go make some hammer paints, machine gun updates and nerf isida. Keep your mind on the important things!

It was pretty nice. However, maybe you could give a larger variety and make them available at a cheaper price for a longer time? This is just my opinion to help tanki improve tho. I had a great time using the equipment, took loads of pictures, won loads of battles, and of course, showed off :D . I would like to see an improved and revised form of this in the future...

in my opinions that stuff should not be permanent. only the design should. if you buy an XT item, when it expires you just get a skin that just makes your item (whit their stats and mu's) have the graphics of the XT counterpart. for paints just remove protections after the expire date.

Well firstly thank you Tanki Online and others for this exclusive rental equipment. I personally bought all what I could (Railgun M2, Hornet M2, Frost). I have no complains to make, the equipment had the right prize (my personal opinion) as well as its high standard look was just amazing.

 

Once again thanks a lot Tanki, I had good time using and experiencing the new rental equipment for temporary time.

XT was fun, it would be definitely worth doing it again for other turrets/hulls. The fact that the promotion was on Hornet Rail, it made XP battles look that bit more dynamic. The prices should certainly be reworked. I completely understand, if it is equipment to keep forever, the price should remain high, if it's rental only I would not even bother putting a high price to start because players will just buy it when it decreases. Took the poll anyway:)

I always think about custom paints it would be super cool. You can make yourself paint with your nickname example or stars.. Without protection but then you can buy m1,m2,m3 adding 5%,10%,15% for example.  :D  :P

Or rather, if this becomes something Tanki does annually, making new different XT equipment every year, then while you keep the looks after the event ends, perhaps every year when the event returns, the equipment that still has those special looks gets its special MU status back for the limited time of the event. And they'd additionally have the ability to buy the newly available equipment.

 

...sorry if that was a bit confusing, but I thought it would be an interesting concept. :)

I enjoyed the idea. I thought it was quite neat, but the price was outrageous! I wouldn't mind seeing this in the future, but tanki please turn the price down. Alot!

If only the XT combo could have been kept forever, or at least been significantly stronger than a regular Rail/Hornet combo, would I have considered this a 'worth the price' purchase.
