He Guys I got acc hacked name badmash_khan it was linked i click on lost nickname or password they said a letter with instructions sent to ur email I check email there was a link of minclip game I clicked on it and it open minclip game jut no password change area I sent a letter to help@tankionline.com but they didn't response in 18 hours then I sent again message to help@tankionline.com now I wrote my account is stolen and give things which help file was telling and no response what I do? see attachment pls of lostnickname or password mail..........

Here's how to avoid the problem;
The link you receive through e-mail should be like this:

The first part:

Just change it to: http://www.tankionline.com/ (Don't modify "/en").

Copy all the link, paste it on your browser. Such a screen should pop up:

Just click on play, and wait.
 
When the loading finishes, you'll have a message showing: Your e-mail has been linked!
That's it!

Check this out, "What to do if your account has been stolen". You need to wait after sending them a email, it takes few hours to get a reply, depends on how many emails tech support receives a day. Many other players also send email, therefore they need to complete 1 by 1.
