System to See why you are banned

As i am sick of hearing people saying they are banned and not knowing why, Why don't we just have a better system than mailing a mod (wasting their time)

 

I suggest that when you are banned you should be able to see why you are banned right next to where it says rules

For example: Player A has been warned -> rules  print screen

easy system  to implement nd would save alot of trouble

Yes, that is true. You should know if you have been banned - if you've been insulting/swearing towards a player, you should know someone will report you.

actaully no i suggested this about 2 years ago when we used another site for suggestion..alot of things went under review and none got to the game..it was ridiculous but it seems now more listen...let me see if i can find it for you..ii forgot the other site's name

Also than the community can mature more...like seriously i highly doubt 90% of low rankers know why they got banned and they continue

I would like to see a link next to the ban text, and that link will take you to a pre-written site for the specific ban that was placed on the player, (E,G, Flooding, Searing, Profanity, ect.) and it will say, for example, deadtoyou, you have been banned. Reason: yada yada yada, >>Rules,  LINK HERE

 

Then the link will take you to the site for the specific ban, explaining the ban, why you were banned, how to avoid it in the future, what Moderator banned you, how to contact him/her if you think the ban was unnecessary, and explaining how long future bans would be if the behavior was continued, then a LINK to the official Rules page of Tanki Online.

 

I think it's an awesome idea, hope to see it in the game! :)

 

 

P.S. Guys, I've only been banned once, and it was for an accidental Flood. :) The ban I wrote was a demonstration, not an actual record on my history. (I hope.) :)

Yeah, there would be no point in a ban notification, you would know already from the chat.

Totally agree! ^_^ I also think we need a way to access our player karma (your "criminal record"), rather than having to ask a chat admin (who is rarely available to answer you since they're probably busy with thousands of other PMs) to give it to you.

Maybe that could come along with player profiles, which could display your karma, and the more bans you have, the more negative your karma. Since it would be public, it would discourage other players from breaking the rules, sounds fair right?!

Eh, I don't think that's actually true. A report could take up to a full month to be reported and set with, as that is what the Chat Mods have said is the time limit for reports. Perhaps on the banned individual's profile, instead of just saying that that person is in the ban group, it would specify what the ban was for.
