Drop chance of Gold Box

As most of you know, Gold boxes' drop chance is 1/7000 which I think is a really small possibility. I hardly ever see gold box and I'm not even talking about catching it. Think about low-ranked players, how can a recruit catch a gold box? 1000 crystals would help them a lot. My suggestion is to make the gbs' chance 1/3500.

Just make it directly proportional to the battle fund. If the fund at low ranks is 10 times less, then make the gold box 100 crystals, but make it fall with a 1/700 chance. When the fund increases faster on higher ranks make it 500 crystals and 1/3500 chance.

The goldbox seems to be causing a lot of mults lately maybe because its random chance that you get it so it could fall in any battle.Here the goldbox fell at 25 cry battle fund.

Maybe tanki should remove gold hunter of the week so we don't get so many mults. Or make a rank limit to win that contest. I am sick of seeing wasp m0 and rail m0 climbing up buildings so they can jump onto gold. :(

I think that it should be changed to battle fund amount. Maybe not 700 but like thousand intervals and lower battle funds for lower levels.

Tbh the chance is alright atm. The key is luck and strategy in catching the gold box itself. I tried gold hunting a few times, and on a good day, you can see maybe 2 golds every 15 minutes or so. On a really good day, you can see 9 fall in like 7 minutes.

As for the idea, I totally agree with you, but shouldn't the possibility gets higher the lower the rank is? For the sake of balance?

But its chance of drop is 1/7000 winch I think is ridiculously less. Today, I was in a Hill CTF 30minutes battle and the fund was 15.000 crystals, but no gold dropped. Not even in the next 3 rounds. Then I got bored and left -_-

1/3500? That's twice as much as usual! If you want some change like this, you'd have to make it smaller. Like maybe 1/6000

Yes i agree that for lower ranked recruits 1000 means alot but for everyone beyond warrant officer 1 (like me) we are looking for those goldboxes as they are worth 1000 and we want those M1s that range at about 10-40k crystals wich means about 10-40 golboxes. Since ive started playing tanki, i only caught 13 goldboxes with 10 of them being the old 100 crystal goldboxes. The mess goldboxes make with tanks flying all over the place, tanks ramming and pushing each other and freezing and ect, even team mates go against you! I think the goldboxes should have 2 alternatives, leave the rarity at 1/7000 / increasing that for goldboxes worth maybe 10-20k or having the regular 1k or up to 3k golboxes with an decrase of rarity such as 1/2000 or 1/3500 because most 15 minute matches only get like 1k-2k battle fund. Oh yeah, speaking of battle fund, the 1st place teamamte can get up to 1K+ battle fund without goldboxes dropping

no. what happens is that everytime the battle fund goes up by 1, the goldbox would have a 1 in 7000 chance of falling. so if you sppined a weel each time a battle fund goes up by 1, 6999 slots would be nothing and 1 slot would be goldbox. so at 7000 battle fund you would have a chance of +1/7000 7000 times.

basicly having about 100% but not guarenteed so i would say 50/50. but the chances are extremly hight of having a goldbox
