Is this due to the auto-aim update? :P

Devs already said they're going to change it or something, so I guess we'll have to wait for that to happen.

Though that'll be after Machine Gun, and Hammer/Machine Gun paints I'm guessing.

hornet and wasp are both considered light hulls for a reason. Their fast, but when hit from the side, they flip. There's an advantage and disadvantage to everything......

Isn't Hornet already a hull with VERY good stats?

Along with paint, drugs. . . just be a bit more careful perhaps?

We wouldn't want them to become too powerful, right?

When do you get flipped anyways? When an opponent shoots you in midair?

Or on your turret from the side?

^ The point of this poll is that some adjustment needs to be made. I'd rather see that in the weight, rather than Auto-Aim. And were I get hit is besides the point. I have enjoyed taking out the small hulls just as much as the next tanker. However, this is a fair balance issue, involving minor adjustment.

Well light tanks have a tendency to be flipped.

Hornet already has high speed, decent armor, and drifting. Wasp has small size, light weight, and very high speed.

We're not trying to create the perfect hull here. So these adjustments are not necessarily "needed."

However, changes to the auto-aim update do seem to be needed, as others agree, and changes have already been confirmed to happen in the future.

^ You are entitled to your opinion...I really don't want to turn this topic into a debate over Auto_Aim verses weight. The developers will have the final say.

Light tanks being light is not an opinion.

You want speed and small size, you're going to have to compensate for it.

So these adjustments are not necessarily "needed." - is an opinion.

Heh, yep. Should've added "my opinion," in there.

But it stays the same. Light tanks are what they are. They are light.

Since auto-aim doesn't seem to be a problem for you, it seems that you may not be comfortable with light tanks.

May I suggest using Hunter or Viking, if you can't adjust to it?

We don't want a perfect hull in this game.

And you also have to take in the fact of whether or not the person shooting you has their gun impact MU'd or not.

You're a generalissimo, you should be looking at M4's.

Yeah.

I usually use Mammoth, so I don't get flipped often. xD

But when I use Hornet, I don't go so fast that I get flipped all the time, I drive safe. :)

Indeed.

It's all about how you control the light tank. I use Wasp, and even after the auto-aim update, it has not affected me at all.

It is purely common sense to slow down if you're about to get shot. You want to get shot while going at 12.0 speed? OK, then prepare to get flipped.

Though for some veterans at light tanks, flipping is the most FUN thing about it. So in some cases you don't even need to slow down.

The light weight opens new doors for you to play with. At least that's in my opinion. Such as flipping more than once. You flip right back up on your wheels. That is also the exact reason why I will NOT MU weight at all.

Think about it, if you keep yourself at 0 MUs in weight, and a fully Impact MU'd Railgun shoots you, you might just get flipped more than one, landing you on your wheels.

But if you make it heavier, you might be able to take minor shots a lot better.

Though eventually you're going to come across another heavy-impact gun such as Hammer/Railgun, and get flipped again.. However, the weight you added is actually bad, as if the shot is still too strong, it will leave you either upside down or on your side, when you really do have to self-destruct. Just go with the flow. :P

If all you do is drive at full speed and can't properly control it, then you might as well use something like Viking, Dictator, or even Titan.

So you can either adjust to Light tanks, and wait for Devs to fix up the Auto-aim, or just look to another hull to battle in. Not to mention with Light tanks you should try to escape danger unless direct confrontation is mandatory - one such example being the flag.

So you can Lol all you want, but in the end I'm not the one driving in circles.

Evidently not.

This is a simple poll. The title says it all...Do you think we should have additional MU weight for Wasp and Hornets? Yes or No?

ABSOLUTELY RIGHT.

I also think that adding more Weight MUs to the light Hulls will absolutely RUIN parkour. I myself, one who enjoys parkour, will NEVER vote for that. <_<

I was playing on my mult with Hammer M0 and this guy absolutely HATED me, and kept trying to flip me, steal my kills, and steal my flags. (I still don't know why he hated me.)

It went on like that for several rounds until I was just fed up with him, so, I took the flag, (Which made him madder,) then I went right up next to him and fired point-blank.

My point is, some players/trollers/mults/general abusers are just asking to be flipped. And we should honor their requests. ;)

I'm not saying we should be trollers, just to teach them that trolling isn't worthwhile. :)

MU's are not mandatory.

So? If I'm reading right, lots of players like this idea, but when they've MUed their stuff and then try parkour, they'll come back and complain to the Devs, saying, "We want an option to remove MUs.....waaaahhhh."

I don't think the Devs have time to read all those annoying complaining topics. :)
