More than one account, SAME Email

I have to accounts cant remember password for one of them so I try reseting but since I used the same email it only lets me reset the one I can still log into please fix this. If ther is more than one account linked to one email and I want to reset it send a reset link for all the accounts I don't care just help

 

I have two accounts, but I use one email for both of them. I also forgot a password to one of them but when I try to reset password it sends me an email to reset the one I can still log into.

you forget the password of TO account?and you have 2 id depends on 1 mail id hmm..?

One email address can be linked to only one tanki account, so the other account (which you don't get an email with the link lets you to change its password) is not linked. If you have forgotten the password of the account not linked to an email address, send an email to help@tankionline.com with your problem.

You can not set 1 email on 2 accounts, it is not possible, even when you tried to set your email on your other account, it didn't confirm it, because you have already used your email on 1 account. So now, to get your account back you need to contact tech support help@tankionline.com, only tech support will be able to help you with this.

Why don't you make new email to connect your 2nd or 1st account ?

You only get to have One Email per account please stop trying to connect more than one Email to one account, the reason it is made this way is so that way no one can hack someone as easy, and so that way there is not sharing accounts here's a long story short, If you have a friend that wants to play tanki too, Tanki wants you to have one account for yourself and one for your friend as well as with the email one per account; so that way as you get exp you can rank up and as you rank up you get like everyone else so remember one Email Per account; one person Per account. And as for setting 2 Emails for the Same account you Can Not have two account with the same Email, i think that's all i have to say if you cant get this than please Just Email Help@Tankionline.com

The email account which was linked with my tanki account is accidentally deleted by me.Now i don't receive any links for changing password, I need to change my password as I think someone else may know it.I don't know what to do and I'm feeling very helpless.Please help.
