New tanki, tanks

Here I will tell you about an idea of new guns and hulls in the Unity version of tanki

 

Firstly, an over view of my new gun ideas

 

Gun 1. Shock

 

It has been suggested before but I will mention it anyway,

 

It is like a laser of electricity that fires up to 50m. It Hooks on to a tank and starts talking its health, if another tanks shows up it can hook onto them from the first tank with a maximum range of 15m and minimum of 5 then it can do that for another 2 tanks although damage is decreased slowly. It's energy and reload works in the same way and firebird and freeze and isida etc but with different times

 

Gun 2. Rocket

 

Like wise this has also been mentioned but i will do it again

 

Rocket has 2 rockets on top of the gun pressing space will fire one of the rockets straight off it and if an enemy tank is within 10m of the rocket it will lock on a destroy it, unless you out run it.

 

OR you can hold space for 1 second and you will launch the rocket with you controlling it. (Use up down left and right or wasd) the rockets load bar will slowly go down, decreasing the damage. The rocket will fly for 10 secs.

You can press space to blow it up.

Then straight after you can launch the second rocket, but then it will take 15secs or something to reload.

 

Gun 3. Ray

 

This gun came to me from a real tank that protects the pentagon, it is a medium size satellite ontop of a tank. A Microwave machine shines on it and makes a large array of microwaves in the air, anyone in that area is in trouble.

 

The gun I am talking about is like this, when you spawn the guns satellite is folded down and the sides bent backwards into a square, (about the size of smoky just without a top or back, and the microwave thing I held up by a stand) also the microwave thing facing forward. When you press space a light will come out of the microwave thing and hit anything In front of it, like shafts tap shot just it fires quicker but does less damage.

 

OR you can hold down space for 1 second and it will fold out and the light with shine on the satellite and make anything in the area take small amounts of damage. Eg.

 

10y=10x

20y=20x

30y=30x

40y=40x

60y=60x

75y=75x

Then it stops

 

The damage per sec is only about 10hp and the shot lasts for 10 seconds

And reloads in about 7 seconds

 

You can press space to stop the ray at any time although it will make the reload take a second longer

 

If there are buildings in the way is doesn't matter all it will do is decrease the damage in a small amount depending on the density of the object. Eg. Wood would decrease it very little but concrete would decrease it a lot

 

 

Gun 5. Pound

It is a little like hammer but it fires 4 grenades in a row that stick to some walls (the cream ones with squares on them)

And explode after 3 secs,, the gun has 4 rotating barrels about the size of thunders barrel (not the thing underneath) it reloads quick but fires even quicker, if you hold down space you will fire all 4 in about 2 secs. It will take self damage and they will also stick to tanks, including tanks on you team, a lowing for more strategical advantages.

 

Hulls, I will not say my ideas for the looks just the armour later

 

1. Serf, lite, stronger than hornet but weaker than splitter (splitter is another one but is weaker than hunter) slower than hornet but faster than splitter.

 

2. Splitter, medium, stronger than serf but weaker than hunter, faster than hunter but slower than serf.

 

3. Grinder, medium, heavy, stronger than dictator but weaker than hercules.

Faster than Hercules but slower than dictator. (Hercules is another hull)

 

4. Hercules, heavy, stronger than grinder but weaker than Titan, faster than Titan but slower than Hercules.

 

5. Hover, VERY lite, faster than wasp but weaker than everything

 

6. Ship (name dispute able) VERY strong, stronger than mammoth but slower than everything.

 

Now i will show you what the list will be like now at M4 (M3+MU)

To get a perfect balance at M3 is hard but I worked out that every gun should be even by getting the same amount of points at every level (witch is why every battle should have the same score system as TDM)

But if range was fair you could get a result easily, I realised that you can't have even changes with the first half of the guns so it goes up in range from

The bottom, with -20m each time, then by reaching shock it will have a - number next to it, this is how much the next guns range is decreased (you have to look at the gun after the one you want to know)

Weight and power for hulls would be the parameters that would be changed if a hulls is too good for the rest.

 

For guns it is damage, reload, charge, knockback, recoil and auto aim

 

Also new idea for auto aim, the smaller the target the less likely it is for auto aim to hit eg.

 

Wasp and 100m range at top speed, would be a 9% chance to hit

 

Since I only stated M4 tanki would have to come up with balances for M1, 2, 3. also MUing every level should be even to everything else

Above all, too many items to add. Most of the hulls are hybrids.

Yes pound is very short range, Hercules is slower than grinder sorry, the hulls fit in the same line as the exsisting ones, how are they hybrids?

I added all the hulls because In this there are 15 turrets and with only 2 hulls added there would be 9 hulls and 15 turrets? You need more than that

"What's the point of taking cover if you are still taking damage?" I didn't say anything about taking cover, and you wouldn't take THAT much damage, you would only take 5% damage if you we're hiding behind a concrete wall

They are hybrids because the statistics are in between two hulls with a hybrid's statistics.
