Tanki retro day/weekend?

Hello once again ^_^

 

i wondered what your thoughts are about having a tanki retro day maybe once or twice a year

 

the idea is tanki admin could have a day where everything could be turned back to the old tanki

such as Moon silence coming back maybe even for the weekend.

 

 

So dear tankers what would you like if possible to be brought back for tanki retro day or weekend?

Maybe sometimes they'll have a special History of Tanki day....but the rules say......

but it would be cool for once or twice a year then tanki could remove it

I'd really like to play in moon silence again.  It was sooo fun.  But, would the battle fund be divided by 10 on that day and only 100 crystal gold boxes?  Also, I don't think changing the graphics back and slow FPS would be a good idea.  What I think, since it seems like you only liked the .5 g moon silence, maybe it could be a suggestion to have moon week, or something like that, where all maps are changed to the theme moon silence was for a whole week.

I think Moon Silence was removed mostly because of the fly hack, which took advantage of the low gravity.....

Who knows? The hackers may still be out there....but the theme, not the low gravity, for Silence would be awesome. :)

The low gravity was awesome though, and I never encountered any cheaters.  And even if they are still out there, there are so few compared to the rest of the community that it doesn't really matter.  There might be one in a battle and it is only for a week.  I actually stopped playing tanki for a couple years because they removed moon silence not knowing why they did.  I thought moon silence was more of a promotional, but it was my favourite map.  Also, there might be a way the developers can fix the cheating of several years ago on moon silence.  I couldn't have imagined the progress tanki made from when they removed moon silence.

 

But, the mood was awesome.  The noise dampened and calm music.  It was perfect for me to stay relaxed in a game. :P

if devs aren't even going to listen to players for the most simplest things (ex: NOISE parkour issues) I don't think Devs would do something like this -_-

If I remember correctly, the main reason Moon Silence had to be removed was due to the new physics of the tanks and turrets that was introduced, and the low gravitational pull of Moon Silence messed it up. Therefore if this is right then there is no chance of it coming back.
