  1. 1. Do you ever have the problem I have mentioned below?

Wrong, if their damage is more than your max hp, u die regardless ;)

I stand corrected (somewhat).

For some reason the fewer tanks in the map the more precise a direct hit can be despite using the repair kit just prior to the shot being fired - this sort of goes along with my theory that if there are other tanks in the vicinity that the damage mechanism doesn't work quite well and so the actual damage is not calculate correctly (especially when a group of tanks surrounds a drugged up M3 Viking and it seems to escape with no damage once it activates a repair kit).

Maybe it's due to more lag with more tanks or a flaw in damage calculation, but, depending on the situation we are both correct.

Congrats to me for the first down-vote for this topic.

Why? It's because there is something known as tactic in a game. And since I am talking about tactics I need to tell you that...

What would we do when we have full health and we are so near to the health box and an enemy tank is coming to take it who has low health? (And if our turret is reloading)

Would we just stare him like that? No. This is the only problem of your idea, you need to make your idea more complicated I think. Now don't ask me what I mean my complicated.

I think you are misunderstanding my conclusion. The more tanks there are in battle the less likely a single direct shot even with DD is going to kill you when pressing repair.

As I said - when playing rounds with 20 players it is very common to see one single M3 Viking/M3 turret escaping with the flag even when half a team has it surrounded and pounding it with everything they've got - a single click on repair while going away seems to make the tank invincible to all that damage.

When there are fewer players the chance of that fatal shot actually landing and being fatal before or while the victim is trying to repair is much higher.

If you and I join a battle and you shoot you will probably kill me. But if there are 20 of us on two teams the chance of that same shot killing me is very unlikely even if our positions are exactly the same in both situations. Understand what I am saying?

Even the last few rounds of Serpuhov I played last night the repair kit trick did work - despite someone with rail being near me with DD enabled the shot did not harm me at all. Normally such a shot would be fatal every time. The same happens with shaft. The shafts that camp out in red bad can fatally shoot practically anyone in blue base. With the repair kit trick it won't happen provided the teams are mostly full.

So it's a flaw of some kind in how damage is calculated and it depends on how many players there are in the map.

Just sit on it, if the enemy damages you you get a health up, tahdah.

Really just depends on the situation. You saying "our turret is reloading" is a bit vague because you're not being very specific about what gun the person caught in this situation would be using. Next is the issue of your Hull. If it's a light hull, you shouldn't have any issues keeping him away from the drop zone. A Medium; you might have some issues. A Heavy; you'll definitely need to figure something out.

It also depends on your turret and hull. If you've got a light vs a light, MU will decide what happens(likewise with Med vs Med and Heavy vs Heavy). If it's a Light vs a Medium, you've probably lost that one; same with a Light vs Heavy.
