Armor

Recommended Posts

now normally when you shoot the turret it doesn't destroy a tank. Why is it that here we can shoot a turret and destroy a tank? Plus armor is not showing in this game. The front of a tank has the most armor. Wouldn't it make sense that if you shot the front of a tank depending on the armor that it shouldn't hurt them. Or at least damage them. Plus on the contrary it does make it easier to kill enemy tanks. But it also effects you. The logic in this game has quite a few errors but it is a excellent game. Its just not reasonable that if i shot a tank in the front it goes right through rather than bouncing off or just doing less damage.  Now this would make this game more interesting and more skill would be required. The more variables in the game the more competitive it will be.

This game is more of an action arcade, rather than a realistic simulator. World of Tanks accounts for all the shot penetrations, armour thickness, ballistic trajectory, ricochets and so on. This game, on the other hand, focuses more on maneuvering skill, reaction time and fast-paced gameplay. Adding different armour values for different parts of the tank will make the game unnecessarily complicated and many of the current tactics will become useless. This will never be added.
