new turret: laser gun

let me introduce you with turret. It would look similar like isida, and except the bolt, this turret will shot a laser instead. Not the laser like from shaft, i mean it is, it would look like that, and it would bring high damage, lets say 3 seconds to kill hornet m0, that is 30 damage per second at m0. Before you say its OP let me say the qualifications of this turret.

Advantages:

a brings a very good damage

cheap in garage (i will.mention the price later)

if the enemies are in row, it could kill them like one

 

Disvantages:

limited range ( a little bigger than isida)

it only can shot the laser if the enemy is in the line with turret (i mean it can't shot like isida, to kill on side, so players needs to be pro for using this turret, like railgun, it shots a line

slow and limited reloading

 

i mean this turret is very similar with isida, isida is killing with bolt, this turret with laser, isida can auto aim, for a little if the enemy steps on side, laser gun can't, with laser gun you need to aim like with railgun and shot deadly laser.

1700 crystals m0 (30 damage per second) 7 secs to reload

34100 crystals m1 (40 damage per second) 6,5 secs to reload

113500 crystals m2 (50 damage per second) 6,2 secs to reload

195000 crystals m3 (60 damage per second) 5,8 seconds to reload

 

i didn't designed this turret well, i don't have picture to show you how it would look like, but i have sound when it shoots, it would sound something like this:

set volume to max tge sound is quiet. What do you think does this sound agrees with laser gun when it shots, and tell me what do you think about this turret, do you think its OP, UP, let me know !!

Are you talking of a laser that you can move around like the laser scope on Shaft??

I'm guessing it's a continuous laser, meaning that there is no recoil, kinda like Isida.

no, its laser gun, that has limited power like isida, freeze and firebird, and it shoots similar like isida, but you need to aim like witg railgun, but it can't shoot on side just straight line

Basically, what I understand is that you want hammer with different visuals... the only difference is that hammer delivers instantly but this laser delivers in a short period of continuous damaging.

It is like star war laser sword mounting on a hull ( you need to be a jedai to control this turret lol). I don't think its gonna work. And beside tanki introducing new turrets already just waiting for machine gun.

enough with new turrets, then will players will complain its OP or UP, where is protection paint against it, remove it, like hammer's problem, some players aren't patient to wait for new paints, so better stip with new turrets

My two cents: It sounds like a good idea, but it's too much like other turrets we have. Other than that yea it's great but my answer is no.
