Umm... Well, I Would like to know how do you get to the top of the building ( with the brown roof) in silence

There is a wall on the edge of the higher part of the blue base, and the edge of the wall is broken so it's like a ramp. Ride a tank that will drive towards this wall, hit it and go up and shoot you towards the house when you are in the air.

 

Or if you have a good Wasp and Thunder you could jump on a mine that is set right before the broken wall, and shoot down after you hit the mine so the splash impact force of Thunder will push you higher.
