They are planning a format where you can choose the Turret(s)/Hull(s) combo(s) you want to play with.

Adding individual formats for every combo would be tiresome and non-practical.

No, pro power levelers would rather use freeze or rico by the high damage and reliable reload. Fire takes waay too much to reload, it can barely kill more than 2 tanks before waiting.
