Well, this update has been effective in reducing the number of flips caused by railgun. I don't mind this 'Nerf' as a railgun user. I don't use smoky, so I don't know whether it has been nerfed too much out not.

Happy about the Shaft part. Happy about the Smoky part. Sad about the Railgun part. Flipping and getting flipped was one of the really fun and scary things about playing XP/BP - Really made you think tactically.

Smoki got messed up AGAIN after decreasing its critical damage.. just another bad update, tankionline listens only to

compaining noobs and ruins experienced player's gameplay.

Now, about flipping: if u don't want your tank flipped go for hunter or viking, or increase your tank's weight !!!

hornet and wasp are small hulls, it's ok to have them flipped...

and players use them because of their speed, decrease their speed if they don't want to be flipped..

Why can't this just be done in format battles? In main battles its fun to flip the enemy and easily knock their aim off, therefore it takes skill to correct your aim.

Very valid point stated here.

During the Christmas sale I grabbed Tundra, knowing its 30% protection against railgun would allow my M1 wasp to survive M1 and M2 railgun hits. Unfortunately, what I did not take into account was impact force. Shots that previously destroyed me now sent me spinning, usually to land on my lid. 

 

Honestly, I love this update. I keeps me on my tracks and playing the game.

thank goodness! no more constant flips from rail and smoky! ik alot of people thought it added to the "tactical thinking" and "skill" in trying to avoid and deal with the massive knockback but to me, knockback is NEVER a good thing in any video game imo. just aggravates players. especially people who do 1v1 XP's.

My experience on this update is weird. Though I get much less Railgun flips, I really don't care about my own Railgun's recoil, and Smoky's impact force seems increased to me rather than decreased! I just got my first Smoky-only flip after this update. Overall, I like this update, though I didn't check the Shaft acceleration.

So you don't have plans on adjusting Hammer's impact?

I've seen that thing and it hits like a truck. . . .

Once paints are available (you know, ... soon LOL) hammer will be nurfed so much.. it's not worth any more comments untill we see that's like with paints against it.

 

I can't even recall ever being flipped by smoky.

 

And also faster sniping? First you remove the shake now it moves faster? Talk about being OP.

If faster sniping means what I think it does, get ready for a bran new complain from me.... Tanki.

 

Now off I go to see what really changed.
