hello tankers , the help disk don't answer me for 7 days !

yes i answer it 90% right , just the first email i forget it ...

+ the say first time the information it is not right , return account impassople  , then i fix the wrong and send it again , after this they say u r not the first owner ! , i ask him why and check again and the information right ! ,,, 7 days no answer ...

 

why they say u r not the first owner ? i create the account but someone hack it , after that i talk with the help ...

yes its my , but i was travel when i create it , i play some battles after that i add someone in skype and he hacking me ! , i talk with help and this not answer me anymore !
