This is a glitch, and is currently worked on.

Try to call a chat moderator into the battle. Chat moderators are able to end the battle.

On the other side, try to take as many pictures as you can in full screen and send it to help@tankionline.com. They will give you back your crystals if you have enough proof.

This happened to me once... I joined a 15 minute battle, me and a friend played a lot in that battle, and the fund was 2400. Then we realized that the game didn't end -.-
