The Boxes Come to PRO Battles - Crystal Boxes

We (as is most of us) miss crystals boxes and have no clue where the feedback on why they should have been removed from the game came from but it came from somewhere. As far as I know the Devs refuse to bring them back. But how about our crystals boxes can be brought back, but to PRO battles only? What do you think?

Umm I see what you mean, but I do not think people will spend 5k on a Pro Pass just to get crystals boxes as opposed to the fund - which now should be x2 as much as it was before. 

 

They were quite a distraction in team battles, which made people furious due to crystal mults ruining their battles. As for DM, nothing was wrong. 

Maybe they should bring them back to DM...?

 

Anyway, I'm glad they're gone from team battles, but I miss seing those shiny boxes too (:

This should be for PRO in team battles, but should be a free option in DM. You can't mult in DM, and it would be a good way to bring back DM to life :c

I feel like Crystal Boxes weren't (much) problems when they were worth 10 crystals per box.

Then TO changed it to 100, and OF COURSE there were going to be mults. How was that not predicted? <_<

Makes me feel as if TO intentionally changed it to 100, predicting Mults, and used that as an excuse to get rid of the

boxes, all the while betting on support from others who kept blaming it on 100 crystal boxes, not being able to remember that 10 was not a problem. And we all know Tanki's golden rule of never reversing an update - but to move forward. But that's just a fun theory. Haha.

I think Crystal Boxes only in Death matches would be great.

Why?

 

1. The scoring system is due to the number of kills you have. It is not like the scoring system in CTF, TDM, or CP. Even if you keep getting kill-stolen over and over again, you could get some kick out of DMs still with the crystal boxes.
    
2. Death matches is not a team game. You rely on yourself. And everybody knows that they love a nice D/L right? The longer you stay alive, the more potential of you salvaging more, and more crystal boxes.

But yes, it'd definitely make DM better in my opinion.

 

Though ever since Private Battles became PRO-only, I've had a bad taste for PRO Passes.

Maybe in normal battles, creators can choose whether or not to implement boxes, or add them to the fund directly?

Then all the battles would be created smart supplies free......and you would be able to TK.

The crystals are still there, just directly in the battlefund instead of a few people dedicated to collecting them.

I think that's a better idea than mine actually, but I want to bring all modes back to life. Crystal boxes haven't bother TO for over 4 years and on the 5th year "Uh, big prob with crystals, say R.I.P."  -_- It was there stupid 20, 50, and 100.

Lets focus on your first part. Why'd they bring the 20, 50, and 100 boxes into the game? Because people were getting "distracted" by seeing a bunch of 10s on the floor. Yea, so a good way to get rid of the prob is not put 10 10s but 1 100. Agreed on that my friend, it was a scam there.

Now for the second half, 1st of all, Tanki has once reversed an update, which was bringing back Madness.

True, but without boxes all the boxes that could have been collected by a loosing team is now just given to the winning team.

yea why not, we all have our mult moments when you're just too lazy to play or you're just sick of tanki. Plus in DM matches, it's everyone for themselves, so their isn't any possible way it would affect game play. They should bring it back to any for of Death Matches pro and non-pro.

PRO battles with crystal boxes wouldn't be "pro" at all. However, I don't know why the developers are refusing to bring the boxes back to DM. Well, they made the decision and the crystal boxes aren't coming back no matter how many complaints are posted on the forum.
