Paints with Hammer protection!

Well its good to have paint against hammer, but that wouldn't be enough. Hammer needs to be rebalanced. In Big maps games, I always select the paint with protection against most of players, i can't go buy TIGER Paint with 175000 crystals, against only one hammer. ( which is needed to win the game) Any team who has Hammer m3 wins the battle easily. Please do something about that.

For example: most polygone CP games have 8-8 players, each team has at least 3 Thunders, 1 railgun, 2 smokey, 1 Isida, and 1 Freeze. In this case the best paint is Prodigi, Clay, or Picasso.

and if that team had: 4 Thunders, 1 isida, 1 freeze, 1 smoky, and one hammer. Best paint would be Tiger.

So thunders will win round easily. The best way to deal with a hammer when he joins the battle is to leave the battle, and loose your well earned battle funds, that's the way i see it.

somebody really messed up with pixel.. the topic tells that it has 10% protection from rico but garage shows that 10% belongs to smoky.. which is right?

Smoky is the correct one. Sorry for the inconvenience, will be corrected with tomorrow's scheduled restart.

150 thousand daily users WOW, why isn’t it 1.5 million users like many other similar MMO games!

I’ll tell you why…. ECONOMICS!

Tanki has been killing their own game from day one.

Short term financial goals have outweighed long term sustainability and expansion.

About a year ago I wrote an article and letter to Tanki discussing the game economic model. At that time I estimated that a free to play user was able to successfully only acquire about20- 30% of in-game options available through to Generalissimo over a two year period with an average daily gameplay of 3-4 hrs with and a full garage after approximately 6 years.

With the addition of Hammer, free to play users will now only be able to acquire 15-25% and full garage 7.5 yrs, with the new Vulcan turret and protection paints , free to play users will only be able to acquire 10-20% of available options and full garage after 9 yrs.

Oh, I forgot M3 micro upgrades, which will take the free to play user another 5 yrs to acquire.

 14 YEARS

To enjoy this game to its fullest players must start donating at about the rank of Warrant Officer 3-4 or after about 3 months of gameplay, after that gameplay becomes very difficult and the enjoyment of the game is gone.

The cost for buyers has just increase by about 15%, after Vulcan arrives, the cost for buyers will be about 30% more. This will drive almost all players entering the Warrant officer stage of the game to quit.

I applaud Tanki for their commitment to improving the graphics, interface and diverse gameplay; it is truly a wonderful game.

 

I must say that I feel the economics of the game have continually been ignored since update 123 and without a fundamental change in the economic model; the true potential of a global game platform with millions of users will never be achieved.
