There is a way to create maps using the Alternativa Editor. I myself have made several maps using this program.

You can post your ideas for new maps as well as find information on the Alternativa Editor at the Ideas for New Maps thread.

How ever the map being in-game is every unlucky as they aren't any Mapmakers left for it and there's more then enough maps at the movement. But it's fun to create it; the perfect the map for yourself.
