When you want to visit the garage to change equipment you now are prompted with this when you click on Garage;

So the whole point of this extra dialogue box is to give any player currently in battle the option to either visit the garage and stay in the battle or to visit the garage and not stay in the battle.
 
Let's ignore the third option which is there just in case you accidentally let go of the keyboard, grabbed hold of the mouse and moved it up to the small area marked 'garage' and clicked on it. It could happen right?
 
One small question...
WHY?
 
The focus and priority should be with the player who wants to stay in the battle. If a player wants to quit and visit the garage then let them be the ones who have to click multiple buttons as their time doesn't cost them or anyone else anything. As it stands, players wishing to stay in battle are getting penalised along with their teammates.
 
If you're like me and previously changed equipment when you were destroyed, you could quickly enter the garage and change equipment without being visibile to your enemy. You would then respawn without having a 10 second self-destruct counting down.
 
Now, when you try and do the same you find that you respawn before you can address the new dialogue popup box, you are visible to your enemies so you're getting shot at while you're changing equipment. Then, to add insult to injury you have to self destruct too.
 
Equates all in all to about an additional 20 seconds lost from before and I ask again, WHY? Well the answer seems to be to make it easier for players wishing to leave the battle and enter the garage, which is like nobody in the history of forever.

Solution
 
Using AutoHotKey (free open source software for windows), you can assign yourself a hotkey that will automatically click on the garage button, wait for the dialogue box to pop up and then press the Enter key for you. I set this up for when I press the Enter key on the number pad.
 
Here is the script I used
 

NumPadEnter::
MouseClick, left, 1620,100
sleep, 50
Send, {Enter}
return

 
I then turned it into an .exe using the compiler.
Note the 1620,100 refers to the x,y co-ordinates of where the garage button can be found on my screen which will vary for most users.
 
I will be using this method until TO fix this monumental mistake. B)

By clicking "yes" your garage will open on top of the battle while you change your equipment, and return you to the battle when done.

By clicking "no" you will leave the battle and then enter you garage, and be returned to the lobby when done.

"cancel" is in case you entered the garage by accident.

When you click on a button (no) in the wrong the loss of Crystal battle. This is not a good thing. It is better when you click on the button (no) does not come out of the battle immediately. Choose something else, for example: http://prntscr.com/5yxy6u

Well I have already pressed 'No' by mistake and lost all my points.

It's such a time waster. We already have an 'X' in the corner so why do we need two mouse clicks to enter the garage.

I don't think it has any purpose whatsoever and only confuses things.

The general consensus on this btw is one of dislike, judging from comments across communities.

Before you could change equipment when you were destroyed without having to self destruct. Now you can't do that. As I said, it takes far too much time and games can now be lost because someone wants to change a paint. No tanki, just no!

It's not hard to get out from the battle though, you just need to click on ESC+Enter or Red "X"+Enter, this isn't hard. So no need to make any changes for that.

After ALL THESE updates , who wanna' change equipp during a battle when gold alarm was one , with luck he could do this , faster and easy ... Alarm on - garage - fast pick = combo for gold . But now , if you wanna go to garage , when you press these stupid bottons for these useless questions , you will be SPAWNED .

 

Remove this things , and ask us about ... or wth ... do what you want ... Dev's do what buyers WANT  !

It's not hard to get out from the battle though, you just need to click on ESC+Enter or Red "X"+Enter, this isn't hard. So no need to make any changes for that.

This is my whole point. We don't need to make any changes. So please revert to the old way when clicking on 'garage' in the game.

It's good because sometimes I click garage accidentally and decide to change my mind so I click cancel. It's just an extra precaution to stop people losing all their battle fund!

Till now , i know you can play TO just with keyboard , how to press on garage by accident when you use keyboard ?

What your hand do on mouse ? maybe you wanna press something , on garage , friends or see after battles , but you can't press on garage by accident when you use keyboard to play this game :)

Umm...

1) didn't the game do that ALREADY...?

2) as opposed to just leaving the battle in the normal ways...?

3) HOW? Garage is *way up there* on the bar -- cancelling after you are already opening it (too slow!) would make sense

Since this feature is widely promoted, did it need a popup to tell players what they already knew and expected?

It is almost like the old Windows button "are you sure you want to do this?" 99% of the time, it will be "Yes, duh."

Here's something that helps me: Press 'Enter' when this shows up, after you've clicked 'Battles/Garage'.

 

 

By clicking 'Enter', it clicks 'Yes' for you. It saves precious time by doing this, otherwise you must be ninja fast with the mouse to be in time before your tank is about re spawn, and therefore waste another 20 seconds to FULLY self-destruct (change equipment).

Thanks. I'll try this. As you say, I was trying to be that ninja succeeding only 1/3 of the time not to respawn.

It would be better if they just revert to how it was. I wasn't aware of any complaints and it was simple enough for everyone to use.

What a useless update. What the heck are these Devs thinking. Takes too long to load, while you are there you get killed twice, then you you still need to self destruct. So three kills taken away. So stupid. They couldn't even get the words right. LOL They need to fire the person approving these updates he/she is ruining the game, and driving players away to other games.

That is what the "X" in the corner is for.

How do you accidentally push garage? So now everyone has to suffer, to save the stupid players, too dumb to push the right buttons.
