Meh, I use W7 and get 45-59 FPS. No problems here. It's probably just your connection.

ping is ok, it's just the matter of fps, many other tankers complain about it too, maybe it's Rio's 'feature' ?

I played in 2042, in the red team. Gold dropped in the blue base, some guy in front of me turned when he was 5m away from gold.
