Gold box notification in the score bar

When you enter a battle, you can see many players flooding the chat with messages like : "gold bill" and "hayka".

 

To prevent flooding with these messages, it would be solved with an Gold box notification in the score bar, showing how many gold boxes we're dropped in that round.

Many people enter battles and ask if gold had dropped wasting team's time. When they find gold had dropped they just leave.

It will stop the flooding with "gold bill" messages. Why would a player ask on the chat "gold bill" when he has the notification for that in the score bar?

Maybe not right off, but over time the word of this simple update would spread. I personally think this is actually a good idea. :)

I like your idea,however this might destroy the game, because most of the players join DM,CTF,TDM and CP just for the gold box. Most of the player join battle and ask if the gold box already dropped, and if you say to them "yes the gold box already dropped" then they just leave the battle. Therefore if it shows how many gold box dropped in a battle, most of the players won't join that battle,and the battle will be least popular.

I guess I presumed that most players were at an at least average level of education regarding such things.

It's better if such players leave battle instead of staying and sabotaging team asking for gold bil

So basically the same thing happens like today.. but today they need to ask while with this improvement they could see it.

 

 

Even more effective would be to show the number of already dropped gold boxes in the battle overview (the green table, where you select battles).

 

If your doubts persist.. and you think this could ruin the game.. then it is maybe time to:

- think about gold boxes and their impact on the game

- think about the way they are dropped / distributed, to make gold hunting less effective (and take care for a more equal receipient rate for gold boxes)

 

You could for an instance transform an arbitrary box on the battlefield - after it has dropped - into a gold box.

And of course inform the players as soon as it is transformed (not before, as it might be taken while it is still "normal" and then you have no box to transform).

If you also stop promoting the goldhunter of the week in the v-log.. then goldhunting would be a much less apriciated task, as there is no Show-off-target to reach.

 

Then the chances for anyone would become more equal.

Although I think this would be beneficial to many... some might abuse it and when they see a large number of gold, tankers may stay thinking there is good luck. And when theres is a really small one, tankers may leave thinking of bad luck. Or vice-versa... some might prefer lower amounts and leave on higher amounts... Either way... I like the suspense better.
