New cheats?

Well I truly believe that there are very clever cheats out there. I personally witnessed one just today. 

 

• I was using my m2 hunter which currently has 210.1 HP 
• this "cheater" was using a hammer, I will assume it was m4 which is max HP of 115.5
• now I also had roger paint which is 15% against hammer

So lets do the math I had 210.1 + 15% = 241.6 and lets assume he had double power, so now we have 241.6 - (115.5 x 2) = 10. So my question is how did he kill me in a single shot several times?  Before you say I was getting hit by several shots at once, I was not. It was on island, it's pretty easy to know who is hitting who. My team mates where say and witnessing the same things.  One of my team mates went toe to toe several times with the same guy. My friend has an M4 mammoth, m4 firebird and fully maxed out tiaga paint vs. an m4 titan,m4 firebird  and taiga paint. My friend lost every single time. So either he was cheating or not everyone is getting the same equiptment

He shouldn't have been able to.

196.35 is the maximum damage he could inflict with a m4 hammer with double power while you have Roger on with a minimum of 15% protection against hammer. You should have been left with 6.5% of your total health.

 

I am convinced my m4's are not as powerful as other m4's in this game. I'm also convinced my maxed out paints don't protect as well as other players either. Either I am nerfed by someone in tanki or cheating is rife.

Well, looks like a cheat. He seems to be lower than the rest, so any tank that will try to block him will end up on top of him. He knew that when he went under freez mommuth that guarded the flag. 

They use a form of this cheat to take gold boxes. Some player always climb on tanks and take the gold box. They climb instantly, when the gold is almost on the ground.

They just simply push us in parkour to get in our top. That is not a good way. The nice way is to get over the ramp with a person at your side and press the left/right (if where the is your friend).

Apparently very compelling video evidence is not enough, if the "server logs" don't show any evidence of a hack. I watched the video and although it certainly seems like a hack, I can't prove it was. If it is possible, no matter how unlikely, that a loading error can produce the same result, then the person who looks like he is hacking should be quite rightly let off. This is how juries work.

 

Have you ever entered a game when you can't inflict damage and then pressed refresh and everything goes back to normal?

Have you ever entered a game when everyone on the opposite team was invisible and refresh sorts it out?

Well why is it impossible that this isn't one of those times?

 

What is unacceptable here is that this player knew he had an advantage and exploited it. There should be a new rule in tanki that if you exploit a glitch then that could lead to a ban.

I see some tanks never being stopped by other tanks. They pass over or under other tanks without even slowing.

I ve seen a hunter passing under a mammoth and then immediately over a viking, running with the flag. When i hit a tank, i always stop and stick to it, but this tank was unstoppable.

In his team was also a wasp that just climbed over other tanks. So I believe is a new cheat, but can t be sure.

This has happened to me on Gold Boxes tank goes strait over me effortlessly.  I was a bit puzzled but dismissed it until I was climbed again in the same fashion.  After all climbing is not that difficult but it was the ease of it that stumped me

i think there is a new cheat,cos in test server,around a month ago,there were 2 m3 mammoths and m3 thunders getting over the slope of monte carlo,(where all the hornets and wasps try to get,the flag from)

 I was doing this only when I knew it won't effect results (my team 100% win or 100% lose (not nice to know it...)) +look at my xp bar: wanted to make gold + rank video. I wouldn't call it multing, it wasn't multing, yes sitting for gold...  (hate mults myself, so ik how it feels when you lose, so I drugged few times in some battles to get them win ;))

However I was asking about the "hacker" -as I'm not sure if he hacks...

There is actually a very annoying glitch where Vulcan cannot, repeat, CANNOT damage the Hammer TURRET. I don't know whether or not this is the case for other Turrets not being able to damage Hammer, but this might be a explanation......

There ARE hackers back alright. I've seen two types recently.

First, invincible tank. Invades enemy base all by itself, 3-5 enemies shoot him with variable guns (railgun, isida, freeze, smoky) the hack no problem, maybe use a double armor and health pack but wtf, a whole team shoots him! As I said, no problem, he gets the flag and leaves unstoppable.

 

Second, jump / fly hack. Not really fly, small jumps only, but enough to climb a slope or a tank with no effort.

 

Oh, wait. And a third one, although veery rare. A oneshot kill, although maths don't support the oneshot kill due to hp. Same as Absolute zero wrote a while ago..

I saw a cheat the other day in Industrial Zone. A tank was on the roof above the flag, which I don't think is possible to get to but maybe it is. And THEN, no word of a lie, it flew straight across to the other roof. Literally flew right up in the sky. No proof, probably won't ever see it again, but others in the game saw it too. High ranker too.

It's lag, I've encountered lots of cases with Gold and other times while I push a tank in-front where they get on me or I get on-top of them, it's just lag, not hacks or anything, purely lag. I, myself got a Gold once by lagging on-top of other tanks, even tho I got the Gold, I didn't really feel good because I got it.

Exactly. I've been seeing this a lot lately but you will always get people saying things like;

lag;

he was self-healing;

an isida was healing him;

he used a repair kit at the right moment;'

etc etc,

Yes, these are all possible but a viking wearing Zeus getting pounded by thunders, m4 double power rails and every other gun under the sun - come on!

 

And the thing is it's so difficult to prove when Thunder and Rail inflict variable damage.

Maybe I should start using Hammer a lot more but wait, somebody will always say that some of the pellets missed the target.

 

Bottom line, definitely cheats out there and they're rife.
