This shouldn't happen but it can when everyone is pushing. It looks odd but it's not one I'd report.

This is a youtube clip of me getting gold where I magically rise up in a mammoth due to the pushing.

It s different. The Hornet wasn t pushing with other tank. All tanks where pushing to the gold box spot, and that green hornet just raised over all tanks ant took the gold. He knew he will be raising so he stood quietly  until the gold dropped.  Then he climbed on top of the tanks and took the gold.

Did you not see the flying hornet in the beginning, it's the same guy. This is not a new hack, it is just the same old fly hack.

I'm quite pissed off...

I CONSTANTLY see tanks hit by multiple hits by many other tanks that simply... DON'T DIE!!!

And this frequently with NO USE of power-ups!  :wacko:

I use a railgun M3 MAXED, and today I met a "2 red stars" (I don't remember the name of the rank) that is WAY lower than my rank.

He was NOT using the shield and I hit him 3 times...NOTHING!!! (I din't see him using healing so the hits were"pure" hits taking away his life!)

I abandoned the game right after.... disgusted!

No paint, even maxed, can explain this!

But it happens pretty often...

I more and more frequently need to take pauses from this game or my temper rises too much!

There are  not the same  tanks. First tank is m2 white hornet. The second is a green m1 i guess hornet. And first tank is colonel, the gold box tank is second lieutenant,

This video is useless anyway. It's been cropped and you can't see the username at the top. I didn't watch all of it but you need a scoreboard too.

Pity, the flyhacker could have been blocked for cheating. You could have scored one for the good honest guys - never mind.

Happens to me as well...  I think it's time for a new cheat detection system... Hackers are on the rise these days, everywhere... even on low ranks.

No you can't read the video maker's name. As I said, it's been cropped.

I do care to report players for bans because mults and cheats are rife at the moment and many games are being spoiled by them. There is no alternative solution. You either fight them using the rules or put up with them.

remember that you're on tanki online forum. I have nothing against russian people but when I'm playing tanki online I need to puke! A very bad image this country. Hackers, hacking, drugs, cheats and no help from tanki online! Seems like they don't understand english!

Lots of flyhackers, there was one which joined our team, tried to report but he left 2 mintues later

I came across with an obvious hack or cheat once only which could not be explained with lag. Some others were not as obvious though several were mysterious.

 

This was in Rio CTF. A lower than WO Viking Freeze started to take our flag. 

- It was very difficult to destroy the tank, although he rarely used drugs (he might have been she of course)

- He was sooo fast - incredibly fast - that a hornet with speed boost could not catch up with it even when the Viking did not use SB!! He could deliver the blue flag to the red base in an impossibly short time. Therefore this was not a lag.

- Of course his tank made some unimaginable move across obstacles and sometimes jumped up strangely.

 

Fortunately we had been far ahead of the reds in the battle when he joind, and the 15-20 minutes of his activity at the end of the 60min. game could not help them win the battle  :P

But that was really annoying and frustrating.

There are several hacks coming back into the game, all of these hacks are basically the same as the ones that plagued the game before the anti cheat systems were implemented, these players are able to fool the anti cheat system to think they are running under normal conditions.

In my opinion this is either an inside job, where the players account is altered directly in the client like that of Godmode_on who was created by the Devs to play without setting off the anti cheat system, or the anti cheat system itself has been compromised, and is no longer functioning. 

The other possiblity is that some Ex Dev or new Dev, has shared info on how to bypass the system, or less likely a rouge coder has figured out how to hack Tankis network on his own from outside the firewall.

 

Or North Korea

 

EDIT: After reviewing the video below, there is mention of a new anti cheat system in the works! How better to test this system than to allow cheaters into the game while testing the functionality of a new anti hack system.

We all know how they love doing Experiments

I watched the video and although it certainly seems like a hack, I can't prove it was. If it is possible, no matter how unlikely, that a loading error can produce the same result, then the person who looks like he is hacking should be quite rightly let off. This is how juries work.

 

Have you ever entered a game when you can't inflict damage and then pressed refresh and everything goes back to normal?

Have you ever entered a game when everyone on the opposite team was invisible and refresh sorts it out?

Well why is it impossible that this isn't one of those times?

 

What is unacceptable here is that this player knew he had an advantage and exploited it. There should be a new rule in tanki that if you exploit a glitch then that could lead to a ban.

It is a rule,

In the same 30 min high rank battle I ve seen jump hack - an titan m3  jumped on the tanks  to take gold box- and speed hack + armor hack - a viking was running like crazy by small jumps like he was lagging, and I could not destroy him with 2 dp shots even he didn t have a thunder paint.

 

Recording players isn t the solution. The mod will say lag, or the video isn t proof enough etc...

 

My solution - a new chat command /hacker usename.

The player that are voted often should be observed by mods and their activity on servers recorded. Much easier for players and more deterrent for hackers.
