I actually have not tried it, but i wanted to bring up another concern i had with this and the hammer.

as i am going about the game, i hate to admit this but i cant identify what "m" a hammer or vulcan is. maybe its just me, but i think that it would do better with a more recognizable look for each "m".

Which is better?  Twins or Vulcan?

Depends. Want to be able to fight people at close and medium ranges? Take Twins. Want to stay back and mow down people from a distance? Take Vulcan.

Vulcan can work at close range in a pinch, but it's very difficult, and you can be outmaneuvered by light hulls, so it's still more of a medium-long range weapon.

I personally do not like vulcan because it takes time to reload. Also, i never turn my turret, i just turn my tank, so it's kind of useless to. Also i need guns with immediate fire because i run and gun. This turret is extremely good for skilled defensemen because i always get killed by it  :(

Also, i never turn my turret

You're going to want to kick that habit as soon as possible. You will be in serious trouble as you go up the rank ladder if you don't make turning your turret second nature. Especially with a turret like Twins, since you have to lead your shots at longer ranges.

People are often surprised by how powerful M2 Vulcan is. It can tear enemies apart on open maps like Berlin, Madrigal, and Massacre. Especially Madrigal- if you can stay on top of the bridge, you can fire on a huge portion of the map.

Personally I think Vulcan was a great addition to Tanki Online. I love it! Some people think it should be removed because it's not "popular" enough but there are quite  a few other turrets that are not very "popular" either. Great for sniping but can also fight from mid range.

-High damage

-High impact force

-Long range

Great job Tanki Online for adding Vulcan to the game!

Vulcan is the best. I tried out the M3 Vulcan on Test Servers. Everyone is using it! In my opinion, its my 1st or 2nd favorate turret. (isida is cool too). Vulcan is slow to shoot though. Reloading is good I think Tanki made a very good turret :) It cant turn which is a pain you cant be driving and dodging incoming fire at the same time. Heats up when out of ammo only turret that does that. Overal I'd rate it 8 out of 10 on a scale.

I like vulcan but the waiting time is too long so the enemy can kill you while your gun is charging plus i hate the rotation speed and close range combat.Im more like close range but I'm only good at long range when using railgun.and i thought that it would be good at parkour because of rapid fire but apparently the recoil is so bad i personally hate this gun as it does to really fit my personallitys

vulcan is the worst turret in tanki online.

when i entered tanki i found an advertissement that showed that vulcan is in the game i felt happy i went to the garage i bought it m0 (i tried it with a low rank acc) then i entered the battle i pressed the space button it tdidn't shot i said (oh.. but why i think the game is blocked) then i pressed and and and i felt angry then i pressed the button for a time then i found it shoting and i knew that ( it's take a time to shot and that boring and bad ) and after a liite bit of playing i found that is hard to controll the tank when shooting  -_-  and the bad moment is ( the gold box will drop and then it's dropped i went to get it i found a lot of players there i shooted the and kept doing that then they destroyed but i found my self destructed) so i don't think that vulcan is a good weapon  :(  sorry for the bad english

Vulcan.

Is the weapon that I have never used in TO.

Sometimes it is easy to kill but sometimes it hardly let's me make a move.

Like all turrents it has its advantage and also disadvantage so I personally don't think its a higher class turrent or sumthing.

Vulcan is actually very good. When up against an XP/BP it messes up the rail's aim. As well at the fact it does so and so damage at any range, vulcan can be quite overpowered. At M1 and a half or better, It messes up EVERYTHING'S AIM. I targeted a sniper with my halfway to M2 vulcan and he couldn't hit me because of the impact force. In small maps with lots of walls or just has lots of walls, period, Vulcan's downfall comes here. Vulcan is more of a stay in one place, move if you need to gun. Dusseledorf is the worst map for Vulcan as you have to keep firing to get an enemy who is running through the buildings, making you heat up, and them killing you. Pair that with the fact Vulcan is one of the slowest turning turrets in the game, and that it's slower when firing, you will die.

Get M3 It's worth
