Twins should also have an burning affect...?

Recommended Posts

Twins is already a weak turret as it is now, which is why it's rare in battles and few have protection from it. Giving it yet another weakness in the form of a burning effect (or other negative effect from long non-stop shooting), will only make its situation worse.

What I don't like about the twins is , they will impact your own team mates . Just like the jerks that flip over team mates when the shotgun thing first came out . You can't shoot through a team mate and hit an enemy , so holding down the trigger and blasting into a team mate will only make him miss and get him killed . Take your finger off the trigger . !

I belie that twins should have an burning effect. don't you? people use twins and shoot non-stop like they have a brick on the space bar button xD. and it's kinda annoying. like after 50 rounds of plasma ball shots the tank would start taking damage until you stop shooting. The damage you would if you beep on shooting non-stop would be 3-5 damage every second you are shooting what would you think? Just My Opinion don't judge me pls

I also use twins and yeah i just hold down the space bar and just flood with twins xD but i would like to see a limit to how long and how much you can shoot...

Sorry, down voted by mistake :(

A fair point indeed, but Vulcan has a far faster fire rate, along with greater damage infliction per second. Each weapon has something that makes it unique, Vulcan has some incredibly unique abilities, and hence an incredibly unique hindrance, which can then even have a unique reduction of that hindrance by wearing Firebird protection. But Twins is a very simple weapon, with a simple hindrance. In this case, it has not nearly as fast a rate of fire, and the range is quite limited. Furthermore, to add such an attribute to Twins would not only offset its pro/con balance, but potentially remove some diversity.

Idea rejected. Closed.
