I went straight to the M1 Vulcan and just spent the last 4-5 hours learning it. Love the concept, but feel it needs some tweaks.

1.)  Not a fan of the gyro.  I know it was supposed to be hard to knock off target, but it's hard to keep ON target when your moving and the target is moving. (Yes, I know how to move the freaking turret)  I've spent many hours learning to run the different turrets, not sure if this one is worth the effort to relearn a totally different technique.

2.) Did no micro-upgrades to the M1 version as yet, and it rotates SLOW, the firing lag time of 2-3 seconds means it's hard to get shots on target to begin with.  Then I have people just moving back and forth and I can't keep shots on target. So I'm forced to spray and pray, which leads to overheating.  Or burst fire, but then the lag kicks in.

3.) Dosen't seem to actually do the damage the numbers indicate? Taking some time to kill tanks that are not particulaly strong. In fighting tanks on par with mine, by the time we are both beat down, I've taken damage from them AND from overheating.  This may be just my impression though.

4.) I realize each turret has it's strengths and weaknesses, as it shoiuld be. The Vulcan can deliver a high rate of fire, that's the big advantage.  And the overheating damage attribute is the controlling factor so it does not get too poweful. But in addition to the overheating, it rotates slow, plus lag time, plus hard to keep on target during a dynamic moving/shooting battle, plus not doing much damage before you start getting into a overheat situation.

I humbly suggest that the lag time be eliminated. I thought the Vulcan would be able to fire a burst, then move, fire another.  But as soon as you let off to prevent an overheat, the lags comes back and your waiting, waiting for it to spool up again. Between the rotation speed and firing lag time it is not a offensive turret.  (Perhaps that was the intent? it is a suppressive fire/put on a Mammoth and sit there type of turret?)

I would love to see the gyo go away too. I realize that was a main function and you may be loathe to eliminate a key feature. Perhaps be able to switch off? so it's either  "gyro driven" or 'locked" and moves like all the other turrets?

I'll keep on playing it untill I think I've gotten all I can out of it, but right now I'm thinking I'll be back to my Ricochet/Railgun before too long.

Thanks for putting the effort into this game, I really enjoy it.

I am very disappointed

I was so excited that i have wasted 100+ k crystalls and bought directly all to m2 vulcan.

this is why:

- not good at all  in short range.

- takes long to start shooting.

- when it starts to shoot it is very hard to turn the gun.

All I ever see when new things are released is ungratefulness by many of the players. Please just say something nice, and keep your problems to yourself... until it's the right time to disclose them.

Haven't had that much fun in a while in this game, the turret is a great addition. :)

Vulcan: looks great, saving for it.

BUT: I HAVE SEEN MANY VULCANS IN ACTION AND MY ASSESSMENT IS:

VULCAN should be MORE POWERFUL THAN IT IS NOW FOR M3

So, please re-adjust the parameters first

I bought Vulcan M2, and in a few words, this is how it can be described: A PIECE OF JUNK. Don't buy it, in case you read this, it's a very bad choice. It aims high, it moves very slow, gets your tank heated fast and il kills you fast, very low punch on enemy so he will aim you with no dificulty. I tried different tactics, in open, large field (as recommended)...rubbish; I tried it in small maps...rubbish. You get killed very fast by using it, it's basically a very efficient suiciding turret. If you want to score low and get very frustrated you should DEFINITELY buy it, in any other case, DON'T.

Cheers!

I like it but it needs a longer firing time before overheating. oh I also thought of an idea that you should look into. you should make a app for the smartphone and tablet. so you can play tanki on a tablet and smartphone.

This should be a constructive comment on Vulcan, so hopefully, someone from the Crew will read this. Comparing to all the other turrets, that I know very well, and to make it just as competitive, it needs:

1. Better punch( at least 30% more punch than it has now);

2. Better damage( at least 25% more than it has now).

It has importand downsides, like the over-heating, the lazy ignition when starting shooting, the very slow movement of the turret. So, at this moment Vulcan it is NOT competitive, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
