why is this idea unacceptable? Selling items cannot be abused by players, so i don't see the reason why moderators decline this idea.

I have many reasons why I want this to be implemented. First I have many turrets and hulls that i was using as m0, but I cannot upgrade everything, so those hulls now became useless for me, I am currnetly using freeze m2, sometimes thunder m2 with hornet m2, and I don't use those hulls anymore. What will I do wiyh them? They're just bothering me. With sell option I get my crystals back with half price. I mean, when I buy something, and I want to sell it; I get double decreased value crystals from original price. That would be my idea. Another thing, why I want this idea, is because someone hacked on my Felenew account, and bought fire m2, but I didn't want fire, i was saving for thunder m3, now I lost my crystals, now I would prefer to sell fire m2, to get crystals back, but i cannot, I lost. So that's why I want this to be implemented. And of course, a person who hacked my Felenew account, he was violating the rules on forum, I saw I got banned from chat on Felenew, so that's why I am posting over this account.

If your account was hacked and players spent crystals, then no, you can't get the crystals back.

 

I tried that, but they said (in so many words) that "either I let them in or I paid for it myself and I'm trying to scam them."

I do understand why they say that, so I try not to make it happen again.

If selling items was allowed, you would be able to use any turret/hull/paint while only having enough crystals to buy one of them. That's a bit ridiculous, right. Getting your crystals back for half the prize wouldn't make any difference. You just have to wait for a 50% sale then. Tech support only refunds crystals in few particular cases. If you fully explain them your case, they might consider refunding crystals.
