Vulcan doesn't work like a minigun

 

When it's rotating or firing and I stop firing, I have to wait it stops before it starts rotating another time

A minigun doesn't wait to stop before re-firing

 

I hope this error will be considered

Also! It appears Vulcan will not fire again until its bar is full. I propose that it be able to fire with its bar only partially recharged.

Correct, the Vulcan already has unlimited ammo and a Gyroscope. The only thing that stops it from becoming better than Twins is the Cool-down bar and the rotation speed while firing.

"Flamethrower" seems kinda bland for Tanki, don't ya think? I mean, come on, Tanki's names for the Hulls and Turrets made me smile when I first logged on. :D

Not necessary. The reload is extremely fast.

Its not an error. Who said vulcan is designed to be like minigun? Vulcan has its own characteristics. For example minigun does not have gyroscope, while vulcan does.

If you are suggesting that it be changed then :

Ideas regarding changes to the actual Tanki Online to its previous versions, or ideas regarding the removal of updates are not accepted.

Vulcan's bar is not reloading bar.It shows when your barrels stop spinning and you can shoot again.

Did anyone say Vulcan works like a minigun ? I tough it works like Vulcan or Machine Gun, not Minigun.

And did you watch Tanki Online  V-log 32 ? This is not such a realistic game like World of Tanks.This what you suggested is never going to be implented in this game.For reason, watch Tanki Online V-log 32 !!!

The name doesn't mean that it's different.

They wanted a gatling, and if they change this formal error, it won't be too strong: they're able to reduce its damages

I know there are no previous versions. What I meant is that your idea is basically asking the developers to change vulcan to make it more like minigun. That's why I said ideas regarding changes to actual Tanki Online are not accepted.

The "stopping time" was added to Vulcan for game balance purposes. It doesn't have to have a purpose as long as it helps make gameplay fair for Vulcan and other guns/hulls.

Definitely not. Are you telling me that only idea people have are to change tanki back to previous versions? I disagree. Many ideas are creative and original.
