We want an explanation from Tanki Online.

Tanki Online has blocked a Hacker. And then unblocked him

 

Tanki Online has blocked a player called VURKAC_36 just because of different IP.s as far as I know. But Tanki Online staff let a hacker play. After seeing this, nobody will believe in sincere of Tanki Personnel. They will change his nickname maybe and try to fool us that they have blocked him. But in fact this hacker will be playing with different name. Enough is enough

Scammers if you ask me. I guess Tanki doesn't think we'd care about one itzy bitzy hacker. Well we do! There are the people who fly to get golds, they are the people who have no life so bother others. Can we play in peace, so much to ask? It's like a robber who gets caught stealing goes to jail, but late at night the police let him out! Like what? So now the police (Tanki) is caught by you.

^1,000% agreed, if I see that noob (I don't care if it's some Admins account) on ever within a day, I'll most probably leave. And trust me even one or two guys leaving Tanki means something to Alternativa.

Are you crazy ? Maybe he promised Admin ? What the heck ? Then they should unblock every single hacker. Maybe they will do that to be able to get rid of this situation and start an amnesty. They blocked players who played game from different IP.s. But they unblock hacker just because he promised ? Where is the justice in here ?

 

I know VURKAC_36 and his cousin personally. We have met in the game and started to talk in skype. They had two accounts. VURKAC and VURKAC_36. They are cousins but one of them is living in Turkey and another in Holland. Then they have blocked VURKAC_36 FOREVER. How come is it forbidden to play with your cousin's account ? Even their nicknames are similar. There are lots of people where the half of the families live in Turkey and the other half in abroad like in Holland and Germany. But they are not allowed to enter their brother's account otherwise they will get blocked FOREVER. Then I report a Hacker and they block him. After months we see him in the Game. How is that fair now ?

I had reported him several times but more than a week they haven't published it. I thought that time that this hacker must have been a really close friend of developers or maybe he is the developer himself but couldn't bear to be beaten by us. We were winning 3-0.

He made it 3-2 but he intended to take more flags than we did.

 

When you ask for your crystals from the refund that you have lost because of hacker they won't give, will they ?

The answer is: We are sorry, but We can't return your crystals because of a Hacker.

But you can return a Hacker back into the game.

 

Normally it takes 2 or max 3 days for Hacker to be published not more than a week. Then I have sent PM to Yele and thankfully she has helped and just after that this hacker was blocked. But now again we see him in the Game.

 

Some day someone from Tanki Online Personnel had told me this: Tanki Online Staff should really grow up. That someone from Tanki staff is the only one that I respect so far with dignity.

 

In the past I was trying to be part of Tanki Online Team to be able to help them. Because I was seeing lots of hackers, mults and abusers, and we had and still have not a single turkish admin who were authorized to block hackers, mults, and abusers from turkish speaking lands. I was sending applications from my friend's account for them too, because they weren't so good as I am in writing and some of them had better Karma than I had. We thought that at least one of us should have been an admin at least one turkish admin. All we wanted was this. Anyway, thankfully they haven't accepted me nor my friends. I see now how wrong decision would it be for me. I don't want to be part of such team. And I don't understand my friends who still want to be an admin in such team. It will occupy only your free time.

 

And now they unblock a russian hacker. But my turkish friend is blocked just because of different IP.s.

 

We all think that Tanki Online staff is being racist and breaking their own rules.

This is not an insult, I only share about our common thoughts. You can make a questionnaire and ask every single turkish player this question: Do you feel that Tanki Online is being racist against turkish players ?

Or do you think that Tanki Online Personnel take sides of russian players and dislike turkish players ?

How many of you have ever seen in tanki history that a lagging tanker kept capturing the flag one after another? That's impossible

Do you accept that you unblocked a hacker ? How many others were in the history who weren't caught by us ?

And will you give all other hackers a second chance too ? How fair does it sound unblocking one hacker while other hackers kept blocked ? What is so private about this one ?

 

VURKAC_36 has been blocked because of different IP.s even though he was playing it fairly with his cousin. Did you return his account back to him ? VURKAC_36 is still blocked. And not for hacking, for logging in his cousin's account from a different IP.

How come you have not a single authorized turkish admin to block & ban violators if you are really so international ?

And just in order to clarify it, this is the common thoughts of turkish players. I am not saying that you are racist. But turkish players think that you dislike them. I only share common thoughts but nothing else. If you like it's free to make questionnaires

You can not capture flag with lag. Why you block him if it was lag? You contradict with yourself? in video it is clearly hack...

No one is fooling you here. If account was stolen and someone was using cheats with it, then ofcourse tanki will unblock it if real owner will try to get it back.

That is no lag! Don't say nothing, if he was lagging he would be able to pick up flags like that. Lags don't work that way, it will always have a disadvantage. Like once I had a lag, never lost HP, but neither did anyone else... That's a server lag. A hack is a lag with no down sides, which is exactly what he did. And I think relatives should be allowed to share accounts, and for sure siblings. I know siblings in real life that know each others passwords (Tanki passwords). Like come on, I also made my bros account for him.. And if I get banned for something like that it means somethings weird here.

Ya wanna see my ping on a bad day? Anyone ever try fighting a lagger in an XP game? Yeah. Not saying that's what he did. I watched your first video that you used to report him and in clearly "appears" to be hacks.

Ever read one of those mystery books where two guys have an argument and they find out both guys were right in the end? Such "could" be the case here. One of the Game Violators moderators could have blocked him but found out later he hadn't the proof in the form of server logs to block him and had him unblocked. We as players can only speculate. Such information is not handed out to anyone except those who explicitly need it. Thus I know little or no more than any of you. I simply rely on the fact that the Administration does what's best for Tanki as a community. As the French say, "La foi peut déplacer des montagnes", or "Faith can move mountains."

How come we don't have any Indian admins? Vietnamese? Hungarian? Tanki Online is active in many different countries. As possible, we are expanding our horizons and our communities to include as many people as we can. But it is a slow and gradual process. We have reached Europe, Brazil, Germany, and China. As time goes on this list may increase. But for now patience must be shown as we carefully climb the mountain of challenges in order to reach the valley below as a team.

 

As for racism, I can vouch for the fact that no staff member has ever shown racism to any nationality. We strive to never discriminate by race, age, gender, religion, or orientation. While everyone is given the freedom to think and believe what they want, there are strict rules as to how one can express such in a community that is meant to include all. The fact that Turkish people feel we dislike them is really a thought with little or no basis. I doubt any member of the Administration has done anything to give them such a feeling. If we have you are free to tell us and we will rectify the act to the best of our abilities.

We almost never lock topics with meaningful discussions unless there is a better place to carry them out. Give me on example where we have and I will fly to Turkey and personally buy you a piece of baklava.
