I agree with what you have said but don't be fooled by the camera speed thing. It is not an update it is a simple tweak to a configuration file. They just want us to think it took a lot of work to add. It probably took less then 5 mins.

 

I'm actually starting to wonder if the main programmers have left or are on holidays because the last bunch of updates have been of very poor quality.

The old system allowed the players to kick other players from their team, without any intervention by a moderator. Many players used it to kick non-mults players, for various reasons (e.g: The first one voting every player in his team to expect someone being kicked, and by that, earning more crystals. Someone disliking or even hating someone, and voting him. Etc.).

Let's say that the old system wasn't fair, but that a new system would be welcome.

Now, as eragon33 said, let's wait and see how the developers are planning to solve this problem.

That's what I tried to say, they promised a new system months ago (over a year ago already?). But in the meantime we get updates or tweaks (I actually think that's a better description, thanks for helping me find the correct word for it) that are completely useless and not demanded.

 

About the old system they removed: you didn't got kicked for no reason, I only got kicked twice and I deserved it. Back then I wasn't a Generalissimo yet and I was using M2 equipment, I understand why they kicked me and I think it was completely fair. Just stick to your own ranks and do your best, this way you won't find any problems with the old system.

Yes, months ago.

All in all, an excellent idea. Players invent solutions, try them, share them with the community and give them to the developers on a silver platter. Developers just have to code the new systems that the players offer, and make possible changes, but no, some problems are there since years, for which many players suggested various solutions, and now these problems are still in the game (mults problem is an example).

I don't understand it either.  I don't figure out what they find wrong with some of these ideas. I suspect it has more to do with EGO.
