ive been playing before the rebalence and i had m3 smokey, m3 firebird, m2 titan, m2 twins, m2 wasp m0 rail gun in love paint and when i solld them to tanki i got 638 crystals i just enough to buy a rail gun and wasp why did i resieve so few crystals?

Well this was a long time ago and now you say something, you should have sent an e-mail to Help@tankionline.com ... but before the re-balance they weren't the most expensive of turrets/hulls anyways.

Previously it was (Gun/Hulls) at a cheap price when buying M3 - M2 was Rebalance (Gun/Hulls) to M0, to the same crystals , Anyway, good luck :)

Erm, well not much can be done here. Did you explain to them what happened? Also try to add proof such as screenshots, when you bought the weapon/hull, if you can remember etc ...

You don't have to say in what date you bought every single one of them, they just ask you, what hull/turret you bought last.

well they said that nothing went wrong and every crystal is accounted for. i still think that there worth more  :mellow:

I think a potentially better question would be, why are you only noticing this now? More specifically, the rebalance was indeed years ago, so why are you only noticing this issue right now? I can see you were a member on the forum long enough ago to be here before the rebalance, but your story is somewhat shaky. The system was entirely automated with no human error, and I've never heard of an issue such as the one you're describing ever before. But this is all aside the point, as you've just said. The developers have made no mistake, and if anyone was to solve this supposed issue, it would have been them. Seeing as they have been contacted, and told you that there has been no mistake, and that there is no true issue to even be resolved... I think that ends this.
