Interesting, Definitely gonna be a challenge to master! 

 

(suggestions) 

1. Make the camera follow the turret.

2. On the aiming reticle put some crosshairs :P

Excellent. Now, tanki's gonna witness an unexpected spike in it's users. Now, millions of players are going to play happily as they have experience in shooting through mouse control games. Even though, there's a mouse mode, you mustn't remove the keyboard version. As some laptop users prefer the keyboard version than the on keyboard keyboard cursor.

It's called buy a wireless mouse lol

1. No. Trust me, I tried to do that. It doesn't work as good as you expect it.

2. Well... no... You see, we don't really want mouse controls to be superior to keyboard controls. Besides, shots doesn't go exactly to the center of your coursor.

This is effective for just some special situations for me.

 

Long range arcede shots, railgun shots and vulcan shots can be more accurate from long range, but without moving.(for window)

Can be effective for quick shots while moving.(for window)

Shooting helper(that green-red cursor) may be effective for "space maps"(for window)

You won't able to see your back or sides while window mouse mode.

 

Very well for twins, because lots of players computer doesn't support to push 4 button at the same time. This has soluted that.

 

For full screen mode, this is adding to all guns like a gyroscope effect.

Sorry, but I haven't seen any advantage.

Please fix Vulcan in full-screen mode.

It's great that we're getting some more alternative controls to play with. It's not only a new challenge, it might also come in handy for players with a ghosting keyboard.

Two things I had some trouble with though:
- In normal screen mode, I can't drive, shoot sideways and actually see what I'm shooting at.
- In full screen mode that is possible, but the camera view turns faster than my turret turns, which makes it harder to aim.

I think firing control with mouse is custom now,but when i want to shot up side,or down side with mouse,as you know it's impossible due 

 

to degrees that made earlier.I offer rebalance in degree of shoots or this control mode will be annoying.

I think it's me but I thought that our mouse aim will make our tank move and right click will trigger the turret and the left click can be used as a shooting button, np if u don't like it but IMO this wud have been a lot better since I'm a right hander so I can't use my left hand well to move my tank. and the camera settings can be done through the scroller.

Hmmm but think about fire and freeze in ctf's players will take flag and they will see where they drive and they randoms shoot back with DP..

It will be very challenging for the old payers to use mouse controls. I think it will be great to use with Twins and low range turrets as key ghosting affect these the most. However, it would be great if customised controls will be introduced for keyboards. And for the Newbies, it will make it easier for them :) .

Hazel, the fullscreen mode isn't a good way of changing the camera mode. You should make something else, because when I'm not in fullscreen I lag. Overall, the update is good, but it needs some little tweaks. After I play a lot with every turret I'll make more feedback :P
