For the Convenience of Users ("Top of the Page Button")

Recommended Posts

Not everyone has fast computers and recently I was scrolling through a post when I wanted to look back at something towards the top. This is totally random and for the convenience and satisfaction of users, but I thought maybe a "Top of the Page" button could be put in (one that scrolls really fast up to the top, not reloads the page).

Thanks!

Is that not what this button is for? ==> mNvucvt.png

True you have to scroll to the bottom of the page to click it, but this partially fulfills the requirements you desire.

I have a fast computer so it doesn't affect me but for people that are affected like some of my friends, I was thinking of buttons that keep with you all the time although I did not notice that.

thanks!

Not sure I fully understand this. What is the relationship between a slow computer (I'm assuming they either have a slow internet speed or an obsolete processor) and the way it affects their scrolling speed?

It could be that but I was going after not  having to RELOAD or REFRESH  the page.

There is an option for this already.

Will they make one that is always on yours screen no matter what part of the post you are on instead of going all the way to the bottom?

This is all there is to it. There is no need to further develop a system that follows you all the way up and down a page as the top or the bottom aren't actually that far away.
