It would make Twins OP.

OMG, it would. twins fire fast enough as it is. you go and add a supply like that, and you got twins firing at the speed of an 20 mm Gatling gun! you know how fast that is?! it's almost 20 RPS! 20! and with unlimited firing duration, you would basically have an over sized 20 mm Gatling gun!

I have a option of a great supply

A 'Nuclear Air Attack'

 

Benefits:

  1. using it will kill all the enemy tanks at once
  2. for 5 secs a constant decrease in life of all enemy tanks will occur(due to its radiation)
  3. the point where the bomb will explode, a pit of strong radiation will be created for 10 sec

 

Drawbacks:

  1. using it will also kill your team members(it will not have any effect on you and the after radiation will not effect you and your team members)
  2. it will take away 10 crystals from your account when you use it.(mean total cost = 60, that is 10 + 50 crystals you had used in buying it)
  3. the pit created, it will kill your team member also if he gets into it.

Here are my supplies. You can give me suggestions on their price:

1. Quicker Reload. It makes your turret reload much faster than usual. 25 Crystals. This will have a drop zone.

2. Anti-Freeze. Cures all freezing affects until you die. 15 Crystals. This will have a drop zone.

3. Fire-Extinguisher. Cures all burning affects until you die. 15 Crystals. This will have a drop zone. 

4. Smoke-Bomb. You blind a target in white-smoke. Their entire screen will turn white and it will last for 5 seconds. 25 Crystals. 

5. Double-Power. Makes your hull have twice as much power so you can push tanks over much easily. 10 Crystals. This will have a drop zone.

6. Aim-Laser. This will send a laser across your screen making it easier to hit enemies. The laser will show where your shot will go and how much range you have. 10 Crystals.

7. Unlimited Range. This will give your turret unlimited range, unless you are hammer, isida, freeze, or firebird. You can only buy this(no daily bonus). 10 Crystals.

7. Unlimited Range. This will give your turret unlimited range, unless you are hammer, isida, freeze, or firebird. You can only buy this(no daily bonus). 10 Crystals.  Too OP. I don't like it.

Me (deadtoyou) and my friend @AmmoMan9898 came up with a new drug called the Flashbang mine.

This would be in the 6th slot, and you would lay a Flashbang on the ground just like a mine, but you can remotely detonate it, (using the 6 key again) causing all tanks within a certain radius to see white screen for about 3-4 seconds, impeding ability to aim and drive effectively. It would have the same detection radius as the normal mine, meaning that tanks will still be able to see it, However, this drug is ONLY remotely detonated, if a tank drives over it, it will not detonate automatically. The recharge for this new drug would start right after detonation.

The color of the mine would be white to distinguish it from the regular mine.

NOTE: This mine would not cause damage.

 

Pros:  B) 

This drug would be useful for quick getaways with the flag from 4-5 enemies.

It is a good defense against huge hulls, such as Mammoth or Titan.

You can detonate the Flashbang 1 second after placing it.

You can detonate the Flashbang from anywhere in the map.

 

Cons:  <_< 

The drug would cost about 100 crystals. (changed from 125, we decided that was too much.)

You can only have 1 Flashbang active at any given time.

Tanks driving over the mine will not detonate it, you have to manually detonate it yourself.

You can lose points by hitting yourself or your teammates with the Flashbang. (Or, it wouldn't affect them altogether.)

The Flashbang would not cause damage. (this is because the mine might be too OP, however, we could add 10-15 damage.)

 

Problems revealed and/or pointed out by the community.   :)

 

 

 

After reading this, we agree, during the Gold Box, the mine should be disabled, or the drop zone disables the mine automatically, just like how the Flag disables regular mines.

 
 

Yes, that is a valid argument, however, the smoke/flash effects would work in the new Unity version of Tanki Online, and if it's implemented in this version, smoke/flash effects could be diminished, we were thinking more along the lines of a very small white flash around the mine itself.

 
 

The white screen would not be that bright, just enough to block your vision.

What is the use of the mine if there is no damage? 

The main effect is to blind the enemy, adding more than 30 damage would make the mine too OP

 

What if my keyboard is too big? I already have problems reaching the other supply keys. 

A possible solution is adding alternative keys to all the supplies, not just the Flashbang

 

Wouldn't this cause severe lag, especially with older PCs? 

Possibly, however, if Tanki Online servers are able to handle muzzle flashes, shell/projectile impacts, explosions, and other effects, then we think they can handle a small white flash around the mine.

 suggested a setting to turn the effects off, making the lag far less. (If any)

 

Shouldn't this idea wait for the Unity version?

What good thing is worth waiting for?  :) But yes, we think it should be in the Unity version, but it would be a good idea to have it in this version, if nothing else, to see what players think of it.

 

Wouldn't the screen be too bright?

The brightness level would be moderated to block out your screen, but not too bright as to hurt your eyes.

 

Why would I use this instead of a normal mine?

The Flashbang blinds enemies, but doesn't cause too much damage. Useful ways to use this include: Fast getaways with enemies' flag, blinding Heavy Hulls while killing them (R.I.P drugger Mammoths), defense of CP points, and Gold Hunting. 

 

Would there be any defense against this mine?

No, this mine is like the regular mine in that aspect, the best defense is to avoid them.

 

What is the effective range of the mine?

The range would be random, the smallest effective range would be about as long as a Railgun is long from back to front, and the longest effective range would be about as far away in each direction as a Firebird's flame. (This is just for visualization.)

Add a XP Gold box it will drop like Gold box but it will give 1K XP

That would be like giving someone that is very bad at school an A+ just for catching a box that has nothing to do with the test.

Cost 200 crystals and gives: Speed, Armor and Damage...

Why 200?

Because 150 its like using Speed, Armor and Damage

A new supply "Mine Killer" if you like:

 

Having that supply activated you would be able to shoot out a mine. A mine would have the same "health" as its damage value. Its damage capability would reduce in relation to its "health".

 

(Very unlikely that it can be easily implemented as it would require a complete change of the mines, but would make an attack more interesting. )

you don't need supply for this, Thunder and few other turrets can do it

A supply called 'Thermal binocular'.

When we use it,we can see all the tanks behind buildings or wall for 30 sec..

Heat signatures will dim if behind certain amount of thickness.

 

Make a Triple supply...

It's pointless because the supplies exist separately. It would also be OP as it will destroy the point of smart cool-downs restriction of multiple supplies usage.

You know this is something they should introduce to tanki.

 

I don't have a name for this supply but its made function is to block all impact going for you. So when your in mid air a Railgun will only damage you, but not flip etc.

 

Effective supply for light hull users.

add TNT supply: click number 6 TNT same as mine but its has time 5 seconds will Explode who on it he will die who next TNT will get damage 20%

You shouldn't call for percentages. It would be more fair if it only took off a certain amount of hit points.

This supply would be in the 6th slot (or above if new supplies have been made).

 

Whenever we would drug this supply or pick its drug box our tank colour would become a bit greenish as we have been spread from poison. It would do no harm to us but if we touch some enemy tank they would start to get poisoned and their health would decrease... If the tank just touches the enemy tank and goes away the poison won't spread, only a bit part of the health would decrease. To make the poison spread on the enemy tank, the tank would need to touch him for a bit long time like 6-7 seconds depending on his health left.

 

Their health won't decrease too quickly, as players would start panicking...

A hull with 100 armor would get destroyed by the poison on about 5-6 seconds if the tank is touching the enemy tank without leaving him.

 

Whenever the gold box will drop, we can't drug this supply and no Poison Layer supplies would fall at that time. If a player already has drugged that supply then it would get deactivated for the time till someone has took the gold box.

The supply would then continue...

 

The Poison Layer supply would stay active on the player for 45 seconds. Its damage would become less when the tank is touching an enemy shaft who is at snipe mode. Example: If the enemy hornet m0/shaft is at arcade mode he will die at about 5 seconds but if it is at snipe mode he will die at about 10 seconds...

 

Players who are standing on their own flags on CTF would be not able to drug this supply and if they stand on their flag while they have this supplie "active on their tank" then it would get deactivated and continue when we are a few meters away from our flag.

 

 

If a m3 viking who has this supply "active" is against an m2 wasp and the m3 viking touches the wasp then the wasp would die quickly. This means that if a m2 who has this supply "active" is against a m1 then the m1 would die quickly. If a m1 who has this supply "active" is against another m1 then that m1 would die neither quick nor slow but will die at a normal rate.
