Ideas for Supplies and Drones!

guys...
if you see some tanks in this world, they have flash bombs, arcs and sometimes nuke...
can game developer make flash bombs or smoke bombs just as a deffence???
i think it will more fun to protecting a whole team..
like arcs bombs, it can blinding enemies team eyes when deployed...
or the extreme bomb > nuke bomb can destroying a whole enemy team with one shoot...
but...
you know those bombs are not cheap...
if cheap it can be used many times then ruins all battle...
are you agree with me???

Hi guys,

There is a lot of offensive weapon and supplies in the game, and few defensive weapon/supplies. We should re-balance this.

This supply has been proposed before on this topic, however it is different from what i have read before.

This additional supply will bring a new dimension to the game and will require strategy adaptation and bring more action/excitement.

This supply is a defensive supply and would not remove life, but help to stay alive longer. Defensively we are quite limited with the mine that only act locally, while this supply can definitely help to protect from long distance killer foes such shaft, thunder and rail gun; get the flag and disappear right or left ans slow down your follower? Mask the gold box signal or make think it is actually were you activated this supply … it will also allow dramatic effect for parkour video…

 

Name: Smoke Screen / Smoke Cloud / Camouflage Smoke (pick one)

  1. Like a mine its action will be localised where it has been activated (when you press the 6 key) in the center under the tank.
  2. The smoke screen will spread immediately from 0 to a 15-30 meter radius equally in every direction (as there is no wind on TO) with a growth rates of 7.5-15 metres per second (= 2 seconds to fully deploy) and it will disappear when you are killed.
  3. The smoke screen would be more intense in the middle 100% max opacity on 5-10 meter and will become less and less opaque as you travel to the edge of the cloud.
  4. The smoke would look like bluish smoke for blue team and reddish for red team (greenish or whitish in DM mode).
  5. Slow down tank: The opponent  team will be affected (slowed down by 30%) by the smoke screen while your team could see through better and would be able to aim at foes in your friend smoke screen.
  6. Less shooting accuracy: Opponent aim  would be less accurate while driving in the smoke screen and also far away aiming would be affected the same way if you aim at tank in the smoke screen or beyond. Sniper in scope vision would not be able to see through (like when too much bush between you and the target), and any other turret would not be able to aim as good as usual.
  7. The opponent entering the smoke screen will still see through like when you walk in the fog, you can see well close to you but less when 10-15 meters away – therefore this would not affect the gold box hunt (in contrary this would protect small tank against evil shaft that nastily kill from distance and don’t participate to the hunt; yes I heard that we are evil)
  8. Would stay for 20-30s (not too long otherwise it would looks like we are in UK we won’t see the blue sky for a whole day).
  9. The supply cool down is 20 (after end of the one activated) and can be block when other supply are activated (same as the mine).
  10. Other supplies would be blocked the same amount of time as when the mine is activated.
  11. Like the interaction of mine and double damage, if you associate double armor supply with the smoke screen you would either increase the span time life of the smoke screen or double the volume of the cloud (or both with 50% increase instead of 100%).
  12. Limit of use: Amount per game could be limited to max 6 per 15 minutes in that case and you can recharge automatically up to 6 when the next game start therefore no need to go back to the Garage.(to be discussed as I think only trial/test would help to define the best options) see post (http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=246957&p=5639318)
    Limit of use: will be deactivated on small maps and DM (to be discussed)
    Limit of use: Available only after brigadier level or on pro-mode battle (to encourage people to play more pro-battle or buy more premium account) or ASL map or special TO special day/celebration - (to be discussed)
  13. Should be 50 crystals (to be aligned with the other supply cost)
  14. No box supply on the map for this (same as mine).
  15. Could be given by daily mission or mission chain or TO special day/celebration
  16. Every opponent is affected and there is no paint against (so far).

If TO developers are not interested to develop it, it’s because it’s too challenging for them B)

I think that all garage supplies should have a limit use, say... 10 per 15 minutes. But that's just me.

supplie which refills your turret 

I actually like this idea, although with turrets like isida, rail, shaft, rico, etc. it would be very overpowered compared to smoky or thunder, where it would do close to nothing.

Though the developers aren't currently accepting supply ideas, as they have plenty of their own, feel free to share yours! The more details you have, the better. Images? Sketches? Comparisons? Share it all!

There should be a supply of missile

It should be aimed like shaft and follow the tank even if the tank moves( like the modern laser guided missiles in real life)

The cost may vary i.e. More damage->more cost

Less damage ->less cost

The game developers may change it slightly but it is a very good idea

Also it should be available at different levels eg. In recruit the damage should be 25

For a warrant officer it should be 75 ,

For a generallissisimo it should be 150

Since the hulls get upgraded the damage of the missile should change at different levels and so should the cost

everytime u use a repair kit it always goes on for a bit . but the other kits r for 30seconds why cant the repair kits be 30 seconds???? I suggest the repair should be the same time as the rest of the drugs .

Repair kits are meant to repair your tank (it stays for 2 seconds and repairs 200 HP persecond .so a mammoth M4 with DA would have slightly less then full health if it activated a Repair kit ) .not make you immortal for 45 seconds (which is the time other supplys go on for )

srsly unlimited health for 45 secs?thats like..

ok ima going to cap the point. nothing and nobody shall stop me. 1 (presses 1)

point capped and everything, then after 15 secs or so his immortality goes away. and by the time those 45 secs pass, your teammates must have also come and pressed 1, and ur team is jammed into the tunnel beside the point in poly. now whenever enemy comes and tries to capp point, they cant cause there r so many people to stop them, like 8 people guarding the point with full force...nvm u almost certainly dont have the imagination needed to imagine that.

Makes no sense as it would give over the top advantage to druggers, game balance and economy will die. Like if you go in a noise and activate it. Even a wasp/mammoth would capture a flag which is totally not meant to happen.

heres my idea about supplies, theyre drugs now nobody uses their skill anymore, just drug drug drugggg, and it gets so annoying. im trying to use skill but all anybody does is like i said is drug. I think the only thing should be the mines no armor. power, repair kits, speed boost maybe cuz tht rlly doesnt do much. speed boost and mines thts it. then we'll see how much skill everyone has. my idea. probs nobody agrees but idc.  B)

​Ok my idea is an automatic instant reloading drug. When you press the 6 key your reload bar will instantly become full. I know that this won't be much use for turrets with short reload times like smoky or twins but imagine how great it would be with long reload time turrets like shaft, railgun, firebird, freeze, isida, ricochet, hammer. Pretend that your in a team deathmatch and the scores are tied. The battle fund is huge and you have a great score. There are only a few seconds left. You are in a duel with an enemy player and you both have railgun and hornet. Your enemy manages to shoot you first and then you shoot him. You know that he will definitely kill you since his railgun will reload first and if he does then your team will lose and your incredible score will go to waste. So you use the instant reload and shoot your enemy, destroying him and making your team win!

 

This is just one example, but I'm sure you guys can think of many more. It won't be too OP since once you use the instant reload it will go into cooldown so it's just for those desperate times when you need to get an extra shot off. Since all drugs have a symbol when you use them the symbol for the instant reload will be a stack of 5 bullets that flash while you instantly reload, similar to the repair kit. It won't be too pricy, maybe 100 crystals? But you can also get them from daily missions too. Like this comment if you like this idea!
