Ideas for Supplies and Drones!

I am very impatient, I would like some input on this idea from some elite professionals soon, plz

Thank you.

Noone would use those druggs cuz they wont give them such an advandage like other drugs.

But 1000% those druggs might be used few times...

Make unlimited drugs for last rank battle. This aim is to make the battle more challenging to play. How to steal flag, strategies and so on. If battle where you have to drug by yourselves, you have the intention of not using all of it as it will finish, as such there is not full involvement of all players which might make the team lost. 

 

A big example is that you are playing in silence where someone take flag down and other is trying to prevent the flag from going up, hence there is a 2-3 minutes gap where players is killing yet flag is still with enemy using all sort of turrets and players getting killed and come back to save flag. This will be indeed a challenging task as battle will not go for 10-2. There will be high tension and the battle may be 3-3.

I would use the force drug in battles with plenty of ramps like Monte carlo where if a player with power drugs tries to jump into our team base, he would not make it, if you were using railgun, and you hit him anywhere. Because he'll most likely to fall off the ledge or flipped upside down in your base.

 

The weight drug would be good for to help you push tanks out of your way, which I also find to be useful.

You made that think that, but if you play on a map like Monte carlo, it s best to have them. And also best to make your enemy think that they have an edge over you, because what they don't realize is that once they are not on firm ground, they will be so vulnerable, that even a thunder will send it on its way to falling off the map.

I have seen tanki come up with the option 1 gold box for 1$ then 5 boxes for 5$ then 10 boxes for 9.90$. Now they have 1 box for 1$ 10 box for 10$ and 50 boxes for 49$ why cant they make 100 boxes for 98$?

I and many others may have the same problem, that is having an excess of one supply and a lack of another supply. This is largely dependent on what equipment is used and how supplies are used in battles, as well as preferred format/map and other reasons.

 

I would like to see a Supply Discount Card (SDC)that gives a similar discount as the 100's of supplies kit, but the discount is only for the individual purchasable supplies in the garage...the ones costing 150cry for RepKit and 50cry for the other 4 supplies.

 

The SDC is unlocked every 7-days of completed mission chains and rewards daily players with the ability to re-balance their supplies cache every week.

I thought that it would be a good idea to have rare supplies. They are found 0.0001% of the time and look normal on the ground, but when  they are shown down at the bottom, they appear golden in color. They would be quintuple damage, quintuple armor, quintuple speed, and health regeneration for five times as long. Also in the garage you can make the ones you have already rare for 5000 each. This does not affect mines because they aren't picked up but you could upgrade them to have a bigger radius for when they sense someone. This would work like hull or turret upgrades, expanding the radius by a millimeter each time. And the 50th upgrade would turn them into smarter mines. One example being that two mines don't explode under the same person, unless they need to that is. Others would include invisible mines, movable mines, and the ability to pick them back up or disable enemy mines.


Anyone agree or have a similar ideas?

In that case, Speed Boost is already yellow. The supplies are color-coded so you can tell what is active in a glance, so you'd have to pick a different color.

 

They would be quintuple damage, quintuple armor, quintuple speed, and health regeneration for five times as long. 5x damage would be ridiculously powerful, 5x armor and 5x repair would make you immortal, and 5x speed would make your tank actually pretty difficult to drive. Currently, the supplies are balanced so that they are highly beneficial but at the same time can be countered with more supply use or just focused fire from multiple opponents. The quintuple supplies would grant you an unmatched advantage on the battlefield just because you got statistically lucky.

While they aren't necessarily instant kills at higher ranks, they are still powerful and require good placement to be effective. Invisible mines would be overpowered since there would be no way of detecting them, movable mines would require little to no skill to use, etc.

The issue with your idea is that:

  1. It's statistically unlikely for anybody to obtain a super-supply, meaning that it's going to be meaningless for the vast majority of players
  2. If someone is lucky enough to get one, they are now absurdly powerful, making things painful for everyone else even though the player in question didn't do anything to obtain it

In normal battles, if you want to crush your opponents with DA, DD, and SB all active, you will have to pick up drop boxes to combine with your own supplies, and in games without Smart Cooldowns, everyone is more or less on equal ground supply wise, so there isn't really a problem. If you want to pick up drop boxes, you will have to control their drop zones or sneak in and take them from enemy territory, so there is an element of risk. Supplies give you an advantage, but in order to have an advantage that a freshly-spawned player can't wholly counter by pressing 2 or 3, you have to put in some work and strategy. Random quintuple supplies would be granted unfairly (no thinking, no skill) and would provide a huge advantage that even the best of druggers would have great difficulty countering.

it will appear anywhere in the middle of the map and on getting blasted by it gives 1000 crystals

Basically, it's already here by contest called Mine Hunt :) But as a supply I think it would be useless.

So I've got an idea for what they can do for the new alteration update: Altered supplies!

1. Repair Kit - Field Medic

Heals allies within range swiftly but has a long cooldown and only heals 200 combined health, divided based on the number of patients. For example,  200/5=40 health per tank.

2. Mine - Caltrop

A nearly-invisible cluster of miniature mines that deal low damage but cover a large area. They slowly wear down as they damage enemy tanks slowly and shred their treads, making them slower. Perfect for getaways and defense, however Titan and Mammoth are unaffected because their treads are made of Nokia.

Immortality supply - It makes you invincible for 1 or 2 minutes and can be used only once in a battle. It can be bought using real money only :P

Many of you know supplies are super strong as well as super annoying. People complain that supplies are being used to often. My idea is to add more cooldowns to supplies.

For example if I were to press 2 (for armour) all supplies except repair would go on cooldown. But what if you press 2 and all supplies go on cooldown. It would stop the rainbow of supplies in battles. Too many supplies so we need more cooldowns to balance the game out.

Why not :(

Because it is clear that Tanki wants as many players to use as many supplies as fast as possible. Tanki sees this as their revenue stream. So no, i fully expect supplies to be more and more used in the game.

 

I just wish Tanki did not choose to lie to us about this.

they were very good and provided enough crystals to many tankers

Crystal boxes were removed from Tanki because of farmers. They imbalanced the game economy.
