Ideas for Supplies and Drones!

Remove Supplies from the Shop.

 

I think the game would be way more balanced if supplies were removed from the Shop since we can get them from Containers and in the Garage.

 

Big buyers tend to have thousands and thousands of supplies with endless crystals, so if you remove supplies from the Shop, the crystals bought in the Shop would be smartly used on upgrading equipment, buying equipment, buying paints or buying SUPPLIES.

 

They won't end with endless crystals and supplies.

 

Non-buyers can also benefit from this because big buyers won't crush them all the time, especially in Parkour.

 

Everything is obtainable in Containers, even XTs, so why not removing supplies from the Shop.

 

I think it will make Tanki Online way way more balanced, enjoyable and fun game for both buyers and non-buyers.   :D

Invisibility

Makes user invisible for 10 seconds

Traits : makes user invisible for 10 seconds

Flaws : firing disables effect , overdrives by hornet disables effect for the overdriver ( hornet user )

RoF boost

increases rate of fire and rate of reload

 

 

leech

makes a force field around the tank, any taken damage is converted into health for 15 seconds

There should be a supply of " Grenades ", that can be thrown just like the "RUGBY" ball but a little further than that, and its damage should apply on every tanker near it, whether the tanker is in the blue team or red,   :)

New Supply: Impact Force!

 

My idea is that there should be a new supply that, when used, increases the impact force of your shot by 15-25%.

Because short range turrets don't have any impact force, when they are equipped, the supply is disabled, so that it isn't wasted on nothing.

For this supply, the damage wouldn't be changed, just the push force of your shot. The point of this would be to knock off opponent's aim a bit more easily. This supply could be used to make an escape by knocking an enemy's aim off so you have more chance of running away without being shot. It could also be used to make a kill without taking the damage.

I think that if this is implemented, it shouldn't be added to overdrive because overdrive is already very powerful in almost anyone's use

there is many ways to use your idea in alterations,drones and as you said in supplies,overdrives.

most of turrets have impact force,but if short range turrets will have impact force, for example freeze,firebird,isida then it would be so strange :blink:

I said there would be no impact force for short rangers though

Replace Magnum With a Supply

 

NOTICE: THE FIRST PARAGRAPH IS NOT THE MAINPOINT AND NOT NECESSARY TO READ, IT JUST ADDS SPICE.

 

For multiple years Tanki has thrived with a healthy amount of players along with a regular player base. There would be nice, balanced updates that brought the game to its peak, certain additions to the game, lively EN chats and tankers had the freedom to choose any battle they wanted. Unfortunately, Tanki began to start removing certain things players loved as well as adding very unnecessary things to the game. This caused a great, rapid decrease of players, Tanki lost over 75% of its player base. With the Paint separation update all the way to MM, Tanki is in the gutters right now prior to population and doesn't seem to be coming back up anytime soon. 

 

REASONING:

 

I would like to propose an Idea I feel that would bring back certain aspects of gameplay, to replace Magnum with a supply. Firstly, I believe Magnum took away the WHOLE concept of camping and peek-a-boo tactic because now the only turret that can successfully camp, even without supplies due to the fact it has a one of the biggest ranges in the game, significant damage, and area damage. Aside from that, there are NO drawbacks to magnum prior to camping ( which is its main use). You don't need to turn your turret a lot to camp in the first place, and slow reload was common amongst most campers in the past. Basically, Magnum took away major aspects of the game along with using those same aspects for itself 

 

IDEA:

 

What I think Tanki should do is replace magnum with a supply with the same exact features of Magnum, but you can turn your turret while the utilization of the supply. Since Magnum has very similar features of a grenade launcher, we should call the new supply "Grenade." This supply does the same damage as a mine, can be launched  the same distance as magnums range and has the same area damage and radius. Each "Grenade" will cost 50 crystals, and will not be a drop box , just like the Mine supply.

 

Please take my idea into great consideration and anyone in this topic thread is welcome to point out any problems with this idea as well as make this idea realistically better

New Supply: Smokescreen!

 

This supply would be activated by pressing 7 or 8 or something.

The point of this would be to block an opponent's view.

It does nothing to your tank - it simply launches an orb that blows up when it hits the ground (like the bullet of magnum), releasing a huge cloud of smoke, blocking the enemy's view. You can change the force of the launch (for further and closer smokescreens) by clicking and holding the icon of the supply at the bottom, which increases the level of launch force (There are 25 levels, 1 = closest 25 = furthest) It does not do damage. It could be used to make a kill (By clouding up the enemy's vision and then you shoot them) and, of course, it could be used to make an escape.

It would be a reportable offense to purposely block up a teammate's vision during an attack.

Obviously Magnum won't be replaced, but it's a good idea for a supply. Although unlikely to be added, since developers are definitely not planning to add any more conventional supplies at the moment.
