Modules have already been one of the largest contributors of imbalance in the game.

Well, not just due to nades, there are far larger contributors of modes being useless.

 

Imo, there should be no turret to nade interaction at all, making it have it's own new damage and access to crit damage also makes armadillo more profitable for endgame players vs new players who rank fast and can't maintain. Therefore increasing the divide more so than it already currently is.

It's better kept as an independent source of damage. Fairly sure if all nade throws were monitored, more than 50% would be blanks/null hits. Probably an understated guess.

I understand the sentiment.

But this sounds like you have more of an issue with balance on particular augments rather. Do note, by changing the booster drone, which currently falls in line with crisis, would could also change interactions with many other augments in the game. Adjusting ttk is a dangerous game nonetheless.

 

Wouldn't it be simpler to say, booster should be able to do the same damage to a defender drone user, as a defender drone user would to the booster user, which is an equilibrium. So, nerf defender/max armour on crisis instead.

I know that you dont care since you got them all last year on a mini game...

There is a problem with strong drones begin available for lower ranks, this is because of the update that allowed players to obtain them from containers at any rank, some (maybe) were happy for this change while it lasted because they got those drones for free and thus it wasn't difficult to upgrade them, but certain players planed a devil plan which is to make alternative accounts, stockpile contaiers so they can get stronger drones and then stock some more to earn crystals enough to max those drones in 50% discounts and then they go to battles and effortlessy swap between double armor to counter weak players attack and then swap to double damage to one shoot them, for example look at this player's K/D rating despite being a WO2 he can easly farm kills in solo DM mode and can farm up to 79 kills , this much more than the biggest buyer in the game K/D , the reason: he made this account when drones were obtained from containers and did the scenario i mentioned above, otherwise how come he has such GS for a WO2

this person is just an example and my point is that letting those devils using storng drones (like crisis drone) at the rank of WO 2 to bully low rank players must be considered as an exploit, and the only way to counter such issue is to "lock" all drones and make them unequipable until they reach the required rank to purchase these drones, otherwise the festive mode  with drones enabled would literally be unplayable. (and thus MM for lower ranks)

P.S this case can also be seeing with those who use burtus before WO5 and i think you guessed the reason by now

If devs didn't want these drones to be used until a certain rank, they would remove them from the container pool until that rank is reached. So I'm afraid that high level "buyer" drones in low rank battles is exactly the way this game and its economy are designed. The usual explanation from devs regarding this issue is that such players get experience very quickly, so they soon lose their advantage because they progress through ranks so fast.

These players have thousands of accounts. And they sell the accounts to others. When I created a new account and played for a while, I found that about 1/3 players in low rank (corporal or sergeant) battles could activate all supplies. Some of them have Brutus, while others make it because they do not equip a drone. It is true that these unfair account get experience quickly and lose their advantage. But the problem is that the number of unfair account is almost UNLIMITED. The torment for beginners will never end unless the unfair accounts are forced to equip Oracle.

@Dumbledore6969 can you pass on feedback to devs to find ways to increase way to earn or keep supplies,  as you know this game is fully unplayable without supplies and that is a fact, i am a end game player even after completing every daily/weekly/special mission and spending all my crystals on drugs every week since theres nothing for me to buy anymore, I am a net loss every week i play, soon i wont have any. When that happnes it will force me to play much less, which im sure the devs dont want. 

an easy suggesstion would be to remove the multipler on hyperion. that was the og gameplay in 2012 anyways. 

 

i joined tanki in 2012 and i still play time to time so im sure the devs would atleast hear out my suggestion.
