A few years ago, I had an account under the name BRATEL.

One day, I tried to log on but it said that the password is invalid :(

I tried many times to restore it but nothing worked.

Today, I wanted to go back on that account, so I came here to see if anyone could help.

 

As I said, the username is BRATEL

If it turns out to be none of the above - then it probably means your account can be recovered easily by contacting Tech Support by writing down your problem to them. At first they must confirm that it is your account, so do expect a queue of some sort. :)

If someone entered on your account and changed password, then it's impossible to recover. On creating account, you should link your account toca valid email address, that can protect your account from being stolen. And the same problem would be, if you forgot your password.

Not necessary.Devs can check on which IP address was that account playing or was made originally.

It is possible to recover your account, So don't be giving out false information. Like said above The staff at the help desk will track the IP address to match with the given IP address said in the question (Please provide a screenshot containing your external IP address from the page http://whatismyipaddress.com and place it on a free image hosting website such as: http://imageshack.us/)

One day doesn't necessarily means that he tried to log in after 6 months.He might also have tried to log in after a week or so.You might be thinking "But why did he ask for his account now?" Honestly speaking,
