I was thinking of waiting for 50% sale and saving a lot of crystals, but I realized that if I buy Ricochet m3 now - I waste 63'025 instead if I upgrade on 50% sale, but I could MU it and have almost M4 Ricochet. 50% sale is unknown and most probably they'll not give MU sale after 50% on Ricochet. I think that's not losing crystals but conversely - it's saving a lot crystals. I hope you understood my mind and now help me:

Should I Get Ricochet M4 on this sale and waste 220k or to buy Ricochet M3 for 126k and waste unknown amount of crystals when MU-ing it to M4? Which is worth more?

Wiki, for every crystal that's added to the battle fund there is a 1 in 7,000 chance that a 1,000 crystal gold box will drop. So it makes sense that for a 3,000 crystal gold box to drop, the likelihood of one falling is cut by 1/3. Thus the chances are now 1 in 21,000 per crystal.

 

At lower ranks, less action means a smaller battle fund, which equals less chances of a gold box dropping. At higher ranks, more action means bigger battle funds, and a much bigger chance of gold falling. However you still have a chance of at least seeing a few. Keep your eyes open, and remember to believe that you will get it!

I think if you ask for something you should also consider tankis perspective on it. Developers, Marketing, designers.. they need to pay for their food too. Maybe you consider tanki interrests as well, before you blame them.

While I have stated that one can not greedily demand 50% and that 25% is and better than nowt . That the supply kit rise of 5% is not unreasonable, is in line with inflation and considering the Russian economy could have been worse.  It is a little disturbing with hints of discrimination and nepotism, if the rumor that Russian players are treated very differently and are rewarded far more,has some truth in it.  This is especially the case when we compete day to day with Russian players who would therefore have greater advantage.

 

Do Russian players have different bonuses and sales rewards and opportunities than the rest of us?

This is a good question. I have played tanki for almost a year, and remember when there were good sales. Maybe the Russians do have different sales. There used to be sales at least every month, and better equipment for the same price. Lately, it has become less profitable to buy crystals. It is almost like a recession on tanki.

 And since we’ll be having a 25% sale on turrets, hulls and paints on February 23, and 50% off micro-upgrades on March 8, those crystals will definitely come in handy!
