idea for flag

This is not about the game flag, it's about country flag. In this case I have 2 ideas which are connected with the same thing, so it's not 2 different ideas, it's like 2 in 1.

The first thing is that, there should be an option for country select on creating account. So after players create an account, when they start to talk in battle or lobby chat, a flag of their country would appear behind their nickname. It would be easier for players to know, which player is from which country. I often see players write on chat "jel tu slovak?" which means (is there any Slovenian). With this idea, everyone would know from which countries are players coming. Like this, everyone speaks english in chat, and some players doesn't even know english very well, like me (for example), I am from Bosnia, and I know that there are a lot of Bosnians in chat, but i cannot see that, because everyone speaks english.

And another thing that I wanted, which is connected with this idea, is that players should be able to select country flag on creating battles. For example, if he/she selects German flag, only Germans can join in that battle, and they can talk normally in battle. And of course, and there should be also an option "open for all" which means everyine can join in that battle, if players prefer that method.

So, what do you think about this?

Interesting idea, although this is kind of segregating people the fact that only that country can join the battle, as long as their is an option, another thing is that someone like me from Pakistan can speak urdu and english, but wouldn't be able to join it, maybe make it so anything typed in those matches will automatically be translated to english?

That might also invite racism in Tanki. Moderators are already worked up and this will cause more Violators. What is the need for this anyway?? In fact, I find it better not to know the person I am playing with. This removes any biases while playing.

how it will bring racism in tanki? I doesn't make any sense that what you said. If players want to insult each other, they'll do that, the don't need special modifications for insult. And why would they do that, even if they insult, they'l get ban, so no reason. You could think out better reasons why don't you agree with this idea, or you could just shut up, if you don't agree then just say no.

You are right. Insulters don't need a reason to insult if they want to. Does this mean that you will provoke them to do so?? Believe it or not there are still some people who practice racism. Especially in Western countries, Asian and African people are still discriminated. However, I don't want to make an issue here. All said and done, I don't want this update to create a flood of Violators reports.
