The gold box update

Almost everyone of us knows that gold box drops 20 secs after is says gold box will be dropped soon.

Some people can't find the place where it is gonna drop but some people kill others and flip them which makes it even more hard for people who can't find the place or flipped over.

So I think the gold box should come after 35-45 secs

20 seconds is more than enough to find it on some of the small maps, however, on some of the more larger maps, you need some luck involved in the process, so everyone has a chance of getting it.

They should add this beaming light that every player can see so we can catch it. 

 

Although, this beaming light should only appear in Night maps

I think they should increase it to 30-40 seconds though. If someone has to self destruct, or wants to change equipment, or needs more time in general to find the mark, they should have more time. My gold hunting equipment is usually Dictator + Firebird M2, but I find that combo a bit boring at times so I use a combo that is more fun, like Hornet + Smoky M2 in regular battles.

 

Speaking of gold box, I wish they could add a PRO battle feature to hide the stamp because some of us liked it unpredictable and thus more fun. With the stamp on, everybody knows. Without the stamp, it is a bit of a guessing game. PRO battles allow us to customize our battles. I think this option would be good for those who want.

The probability of a Gold dropping, I believe, is 1/7000 every time the battle fund increases. As for the value, do you mean how much a gold is worth? A normal Gold Box is worth a 1000 crystals however it can change during some events e.g This years Valentine's Day - the gold was 3000 crystals. You can find out more here (Wiki).

Why you guys want TO to spoon feed you Gold box. It's on luck as well as your skills. I think 20sec is more than enough to roam around and see where it's dropping.

TO has provided drop zone marker that's enough hint where gold box is dropping.

20 Seconds? After the notification the gold falls 14 seconds after the warning not 20 seconds.

Yea, I cannot change my equipement anymore. So me and now MANY players are stuck with dictator JUST for the gold. My friend with Viking M3 gets stuck with Dico M2 if he wants a gold. This sometimes disturbs gameplay. I don't know what were devs thinking about making gold less of a distraction...

I know right the thing is that if you are on a small map like sandbox than you can change your stuff to Titan or mammoth or any heavy hulls because it's going to be easy but on really big it's hard to find so ya

I like the unexpected areas. It takes luck in big maps, yes. Although, in stadium, gold boxes will drop on side sometimes. The middle is a classic.

The time has been minimised in order to decrease the distraction that the gold box causes in battle. 20 seconds is enough for you to activate two supplies and enough for fast hulls to go around the whole map and most likely find the drop spot. There is no need for a new topic if you are suggesting such a minute change.
