First you need to send an email to help@tankionline.com with all the answered questions:

 

 

 

 
1. What is your nickname?
2. Have you invested real money in the game? If so, please specify the dates and methods of payments (if you used SMS, write your phone number).
3. Are you someone's referral? (referrals are players that joined the game by clicking on a banner or a link). If so then enter the nickname of your referrer (the person who invited you to the game.)
4. Which e-mail address your account was linked to after the registration?
5. Which serious bans / punishment were on your account?
6. The last time you entered the game (date)?
7. Where do you play from (country, region, city)?
Please provide a screenshot containing your external IP address from the page http://whatismyipaddress.com and place it on a free image hosting website such as: http://imageshack.us/
8. What is the last hull purchased on your account?
9. What is the last gun purchased on your account?
10. Which e-mail address should the account be linked to in case of a positive decision on the application?
 
Answers to these questions should be sent to us at help@tankionline.com.
 

 

 

 

Note! you need to answer all the information to the Tech Support team correctly to receive a positive reply.

Once you have sent the email a non-reply message giving you a specific ticket, Once the Support team reach you ticket and read your answers and confirm them with your accounts information then you will be answered. This process might take from a few days to a week, so you should be patient and you shouldn't give up. No one else can help you here besides the Support team.

 

Sending a correct application will increase reply speed.

  • NEVER tell someone your password because they might ban your account or change the password!

  • Contact help@tankionline and they will help get your account back!

If you have any siblings/cousins/friends and you told them the password,Its a wrong decision!​

There is a few emails similar to the above email address. Some of them are probably hackers asking for your password, I had witnessed such an email in my cousins inbox while I was watching him play. Tanki Online Support Team will never ask for you password via Email. The proper email address is help@tankionline.com  nothing else.

There is a few emails similar to the above email address. Some of them are probably hackers asking for your password, I had witnessed such an email in my cousins inbox while I was watching him play. Tanki Online Support Team will never ask for you password via Email. The proper email address is help@tankionline.com  nothing else.

i pressed on proper email i clicked on the link given in what if my tank is stolen
