How do they do it?

I have seen it in many videos that Generalissimos and other big ranks have all their supplies activated at the same time.How do they do it? I mean the smart cooldowns doesn't start in their case? Or they activate their supplies in a specific order? And how can they mine a mine(funny phrase)one after another without even waiting for a second?

No,they do it in normal battles too.I have watched many videos.

And I know I need to post this in Questions & Answers.But I needed majority of the high ranks to answer :)

The only way to have all three supplies activated in a Non-PRO battle is by combining garage supplies along with drop boxes. With enough practice, one can predict when supplies will drop and plan his way according to that. Thus many high rankers are easily able to play with all three supplies activated.
