Shaft

Please rework shaft. 

  • The fact that it deals the same amount of damage at any range is kind of irritating
  • A shaft can stop in the middle of the battle field and kill someone without taking extra time to load up or less damage at least
  • It no longer has the shaking effect for long range sniping, but for close ranges you would be exceeding its turning speed, so shouldnt it have the shaky effect at close ranges with maximum turning speed? or at least some way that needs you to focus on your enemy. 
  • The loading speed has become less wait time so shouldnt the reload time be extended?

 

Thats all i can think of for now...

  • Why? Sniping would become quite irritating if you didn't have to assurance that a Hornet would be dead at any range.

  • Yeah? Skill, man, skill is what those Shaft users have in order to stop close-range weapons from turning them into scrap metal.

The Shaking effect is gone, don't try suggesting any idea to get it back, the Developers won't listen, sorry. Also, Shaft is already vulnerable at close range, why make it completely helpless?

No, the reload time is already the highest in the game, no sense in making it longer, Shaft would fall into disuse.

Long range turret -_-

No one use middle way directly in a tank game -_-

Try to use shaft in short range, and write there your experiences

All guns get lower reload time...

oh boy,youve got no IDea about shaft have you?

1-why should it deal lesser damage over range? its the most ranged weapon in the game :/

 

it doesnt need extra time? what do you call the charging up part? :mellow:

 

and how does the game wanna know you are going to low-range-snipe? :mellow:

If you're asking for Shaft nerfs, the laser is good enough, ok?

The laser isnt visible enough. Especially the blue one. Its to thin and too light.

No up-votes......wow. @arun24, do you think there might be tankers who don't like your "Improvements" to Shaft?

Honestly all the updates i am requesting will affect me as well. I only upgrade weapons i use. And guess what Shaft is one of them. If they dont like it thats their problem. Now didnt i kindly ask you to stop with the sass, and  all the smart talk. A simple yes or no and why is good enough not a whole essay. I dont even read all of you posts, i just glimpse at them and honestly sometimes you go off  topic which leads me off topic, and then where are we?

If you want to remove stability of scope then remove the laser.

What you may not know is that shaft users stop at random see a target,and automatically kill or flip them because of that fast charge. Also the ability to fire an arcade shot is something else to because each arcade shot deals about the same damage of a smoky's single shot. Although it has to wait a longer time to reload that shot people do use it like that, and they use scope mode once they see a visible target and its not exactly fair.

1. I never said anything about damage decreasing the further the range, i said the closer the target to the turret.

2. What do you mean by extra time?

3. Low range snipe?

  • hhh, shaft is only vulnerable because it randomly shoots on its own when your waiting on a target, and wastes its ammo. 
  • Skill? The skills that is appearing is caused by lag? Ever since that update to make the fatal error occur 3 times less often, I get shot more by people i already get past, and get shot through buildings. I have seen many other people experience this as well.
  • The reload time is already long but the fact that tanki was  so.. to decrease the charge up time, shaft can shoot more often, and more accurately. I remember when i made a topic about removing Shafts shaking ability, people said it would become OP. Now there answer appears to have reversed.

My opinion is stated clearly on the front page, and after I post my opinion, I follow the topic and make small talk and comment on other peoples' posts.

If you don't like that, then I'll leave. I can think if several places I can spend my time better.
