Beaku is acceptable of becoming a moderator but I am not sure if he can put a lot of work on Esports as right now we don't need the mods which will put there work in forum games, off topic, ideas and suggestions or something else as the old ones are doing a brilliant job. The Clan ones can't do so gud as they are pretty less and there are lots of clans.

All mods are excellent in their job. Even forum mods can't be online all day and an extra member on their team will always be welcome.

yes maybe but i think only 1. They don't need that such help and I think that becoming a chat admin would be very helpful as Ostrica and shar0n are the only ones and they can't do much as they are 2.

The whole team of helpers would love to gain more members. The only problem is that many people don't apply or are not qualified to do the job.

If they can do the job then tanki won't need a lot more. Someone can even do the job of ricoqueen who has left though.

If an player, who has had a bunch of violations and penalties in the past, is applying at the same time a new player who has next to none violations in the game, I'm pretty sure the administration will chose the player with less penalties. However, this does bring something into question. If someone had many penalties in the past (and I'm talking alot), 1.5+ years pass with the player staying active and having a clean record, can the person still join the staff?

Besides Karma, when someone joins the staff, an administrator goes through their entire content to decide if they are good enough. This is a big factor that goes into choosing a staff member.

Well, I had a flood ban 2+ years ago, but when gave me my karma record, it only showed 1 ban, so I don't know how that works, because it was a flood ban, so maybe those get deleted after a certain amount of time but more serious bans remain on record.

I don't think, although not completely sure, flood bans are considered worthy of being put on someone's penalty list due to how any person can get a flood ban for unintentional or silly reasons. For example, I got a flood ban in a clan war because i did the count down (3, 2, 1, GO). If a penalty is to go on record, I think it has to be more sever, like swearing, sharing 3rd party software, discussing topics with a malicious intent, etc.

Any black spot in the karma, obviously, reduces one's chance to get accepted into the staff. However, if they haven't got a ban in long time and they really have improved a lot ( Showing maturity, good communication, constructive criticism, etc.), then there is a good chance of getting selected.

We should go on the present, not the past.

Once someone has learned his mistake he is good to do mostly anything and he should remain good.

Potential? My job is to nag and annoy people with rules, my opinion about bad ideas with the wrong statements, and somethings I haven't figured out yet which would be etc. I've seen 

• @Darren4Turbo; He is really helpful on the Help site. I've had at least one comment pinned.
• @deadtoyou; Reminds people about the rules and all. I've stated rules and sometimes the mods quote my statement and close the topic.
• @PowerStrike1.1; I state the rules, the obvious(strangely the obvious I've stated was not known to people), and etc(I don't know the rest).
• Etc; Anyone who states one of the following;
  • Rules
  • The Obvious That's Not Known
  • Possible Solutions, Suggestions(if idea is not written in an understandable language), and Etc
  • Etc(Anything that makes others think you qualify)
