I like to look at people's posts, and yes I have to agree, most of them help a tanker out. But none of them have the capability to think outside of the box- they always say the same solution for a problem. They never say something else.

 

So, when someone is lagging badly, all they say is "Follow this link" or "Please ask in this topic next time."

 

But what if the player already saw that link, and already asked in that topic? That's where the brain has to work. 

 

Most players I meet in the forum only help players because they want their name to be known, they want to be famous. They want glory in exchange for what they do. Yet none of them have the capability to change the game in a reasonable way. 

 

Many of you may say I'm rude, but I am putting the truth up front.

I would have to disagree with that. Helping out on the forum/trying to help out in the forum is a time consuming job. One needs to be dedicated and patient. You can only do this job if you actually like helping people. Without that feeling, I don't know how long you will last. Of someone tries to do this job with sole motive of fame, he will get bored pretty soon.

As for the answers, most people just don't read the FAQ section and the wiki. Their lag and other problems are solved by those topics. A minority reads all those links and before asking question. For such players, we need information about their system configuration, Internet connection, etc. Most of the times, there is problem with their computer or Internet connection and can only be solved from their side.

Even after getting a position in staff, they will have to continue helping. So, just helping for sake of becoming staff members won't help.
