To be honest, I wouldn't mind becoming a Chat Mod one day.

 

Last time I got a serious ban was (I think) was at the end of July of this year.. I think. It was a 24 hour ban.

 

So I've gone almost 3 months without being banned on this account, and it's a shame that you need a whole year of a clean ban history to become a Chat Mod.

 

My English is perfect, (well it should be as I was born in the UK <_<) I am mature, (well I like to think I am) I've been playing this game since February 2014, so I know quite a lot about this game by now and I'm extremely active on both the forum and game.

 

It's just that I can sometimes run my mouth a bit too much, I get carried away, thus I get myself in trouble... meaning I get banned :mellow:

 

But I have learnt to ignore people who wind me up and to not retaliate back.

Yes, I understand you. I'll tell you everything. So, I know that I violated the rules and I know that I was rude and disrespectful against the Forum moderators and some players. Maybe you don't even know how bright future I had in becoming a moderator. I'm 14, and at the moment, I can't become a moderator due to 2 reasons. First reason is that I am not old enough, and the second reason is that I totally ruined my "golden karma".

I know that you still remember when you guys banned me for a day. Ever since then, I was in conflict with Forum mods almost every day. Infact, the reason why I got so mad was because my karma got "ruined". Oh, and yeah, before this I almost became a Wiki Editor, but I didn't, because they couldn't take on so many people...I'd say that if I would become a Wiki Editor, things would be much different now... Anyway, the main reason for my rage and rude attitude was hiding my posts and topics. To be honest with you, I am shocked when I look at my old posts...I can literally see all the hate against Forum mods. Because of anger, I couldn't even notice that. You probably didn't saw me before this, so you don't know me for sure... Anyway, currently I am serving 1 MONTH for my threats. 

Creating a second forum account to circumvent warning points is against the forum rules and can get you permanently banned. Please stop using this account immediately and go back to using your original account.

 

Being disrespectful is not acceptable in this community. If you've received a month chat ban, I suggest you use the time to further analyze your actions and figure out how to become a better member of the community.

I report violations, remind players of rules and help other players, I have good karma and a good name xD I use to want to become a chat moderator but after I discovered this forum I changed my mind and decided I want to be a forum moderator. I wanted to be a newspaper moderator as well but realised my literacy is terrible :P but sadly I do not meet two requirements which is my age and my rank :( maybe in seven years... just maybe...

Mate, I got a month ban on Forum. So, because of this, I can't post anything. Please don't think that I use this account to avoid bans/warnings, because this is not true. I use it so I can even post something. :)

You should help people because you're a decent human being. Not for a "moderator" title, one does not simply ask to become a moderator. You must work hard, contribute good answers to people and maybe, MAYBE you'll be picked to be a mod. Very unlikely though.

 

Here's what should happen: answer a question to the best of your ability, if possible quoting a source. If someone disputes that, check that you didn't make a mistake and politely tell them that they are incorrect, giving evidence to support your claim. If they insult you or begin to break the rules, report their post to a mod and it will be dealt with. Do not insult them back, you'll get into trouble too.

@mcmonkey25 could totally be a Reporter too. My recommendation is to keep presenting us with more articles/posts here and there to show your writing quality/skill in the forum as well as making them a bit more entertaining/colorful to read than just a wall of grey text. You want that eye appeal ;)
