Who do you think could qualify for Tanki staff?

Reporters I can't blame because I have seen your grammar, it needs some work. You also have a tendency to start unhappiness and most don't you are very mature enough to be a mod. That MIGHT be why.

-_-

I also said I am not blaming reporters, my grammar sucks, I wish it didnt exist but it does. No, the mods say I'm underage, I hate this whole underage thing. I can't change currencies to give my mom a surprise birthday party because of stupid laws tha tyou can't change under 18, no real reason too.

Being a mod comes with a lot of responsibility... I am pretty sure the T-O community won't want 12 or 13 year old mods banning people for no reason or not doing their job properly, right?

Well, there are very young mature people who are helping around in Tanki Online, and they sometimes might be even more mature than 18+ people, but that's rare.

Darren, considering your age you can not be a chat / forum moderator, but give it a try for a newspaper section. I think you would be a good reporter, give it a try if you have time for it.

I know, and I was rejected for reporter. I just need to improve my writing skills a bit.

Yes but like you said it is quite rare, but it is good that people like that are in our community...

Yes, but there are a lot of haters who hate these kind of people, though. Either they are jealous or they just hate them due to acting like "mini-mods".

Before I always wanted to be a moderator, now all the interest has blown away ...

Well, there will be many things in your life which will require continuous dedication and a lot of patience. Months, years, even decades. It sounds easy when you hear it in someone's story but it is extremely difficult to go through it yourself. Such situations will arise everywhere from your academics to career to personal life. During those periods, it's necessary to keep that 'fire' in you alive and burning! Letting it die would be equivalent to giving up on your dreams. In this case, even if you're not so passionate about becoming a moderator now (perhaps, due to multiple rejections), you should never let your passion to help people die. After all, you don't have to be a mod to help around. ;)

P.S. If you want some inspirational stories in this regard, read about the stories of various start-ups. Just as an example, read about how Rovio came about to making Angry Birds.

I agree to you, but it's not what you think. Life is getting harder for me now, academics and everything has become darker and that would give me less time on the forums, thats why. :)

Well, I wasn't lecturing you in particular. I just meant, in general. Sure, even I've been through a similar phase where I had to reduce my forum activity due to academics. Of course, priorities matter in life. But, as I said, you shouldn't let any fire die out. Don't give up on anything. Also, remember that no matter how hard or dark life seems to get, you'll always get through it. After each phase, you'll come out tougher, wiser and ready to face the next challenge. The next challenge will be harder and that's okay.

Learn to make good use of tough times and enjoy the happy times. Trust me, there will be enough of both in life. When you're 90 years old and look back on your life, you won't regret these times. If you need any kind of help, don't hesitate to contact me on forum or Skype. Good luck. ;)
